Hey girls! Sorry I have been MIA - I was so sick with nausea and vomiting, I was out of commission on Tuesday, and swamped yesterday! But today, am feeing a bit more human. Haven't visited the toilet at all today, a good sign.

Belle: I am sorry you've been so sick... Soon your first tri will be over so hopefully you'll have a not so sick second trimester. About my knees, I don't know, but they were killing me on Saturday... it hurt to bend my knees, even to just stand up... they're better now though (rest can be great medicine)... My eye is what is bothering me right now, it just feels very uncomforable. I don't think it's vision related, but it feels like there's pressure and only 95% of the signals are getting through.... very strange so take placate my parents I have made a doctors appointment on Tuesday.

Sucks, doesn't look like I'll be able to do my 100K goal this month...Oh well, I'll aim for it anyway and if I don't make it ah well, I am sure I would have logged at least 80KMs and that's pretty darn good right? On the plus side my tree is looking good. I might get a few more ornaments and a few more lights but asides from that it looks very good.

I am doing 12K Saturday morning!

LAst night DH bought me a pair of gold hoops as a suprise and I paid for my drivers permit but I couldn't take the test.
I think I'm going to incorporate some SBD stuff into my WOE but I can't do it straight I'm so set up for a binge it's scary
LAst night we went to the diner for a quick bite and I ended up with Big Greasy cheeseburger and fries
I ate all the fries and I never do that
and I'm craving like a fiend
When James gets home and after we finish errands I'm looking for my WW stuff b/c thatgs not depriving.

Hey Kier!! I found when I was lower carbing significantly I got seriously cravenous!! I would incorporate some of what you learned into your points. That seemed to work for me, and if I recall, Ali too.

Def get your eyes checked out Ali!! Could be sinuses or anything!!
