This morning started off a little rough--Daisy left a gift for me on the living room floor when I got up. It's been a really long time since she's had any accidents, so it sucked. Yesterday was a really crappy day, so hopefully today will be better, aside from doggy messes on the carpet.

I re-committed on Friday and have been doing pretty well since. I overdid it a little bit on Saturday, but I'm just thinking about the future and not dwelling on past splurges. I hopped on the scale this morning (a little early) and was down to the weight that I was when I first started WW. I never thought I'd say this, but yahoo! At least I'm losing, ya know?

Goodmorning! I'm having a crummy start to my day as well, I didn't sleep too well last night, and woke up with a nasty headache. I popped a couple tylenol, and hope it passes before I leave for work.

I made a few changes on the diet front.. my stomach was doing weird things, so I added some brown rice and some organic yogurt with organic berries in it. Those two things have made SUCH a difference already, let's hope I can make my weight loss goal for the month. I've also put some exercise into my life, it's been easy so far, because I've had the last two days off, this week will be a struggle, I have early mornings... ick.

Can you believe it's already mid- november? Freaky! I'm off to eat some breakfast and have my shower...

Had a good food day yesterday. Will try jogging at lunch, I needed to take a break for two days due to a cold/bum knee). Food should be fine today as well.

Jess: yah on losing weight! The past is gone, just a memory... take care!

Aimee: good carbs are good (sounds like the title of a barney song eh ) Anyway I hope you feel better, I had a nasty headache yesterday as well. Have you hired your xmas staff yet?

Ali - we did hire our christmas help, unfortunately one of the girls ended up getting a full time job and is only available evenings and weekends.. which would be alright, but she's not avail until 5:30, and we close before 7, 4 nights a week. And the other girl was in a minor car accident and seems to be milking it, she's still coming in to shop, but isn't returning to work. So we have 2 people on payroll that are no help at all, and my manager, who isn't all that smart, isn't looking to hire anyone else. One of those girls asked for christmas off too.. pretty daring huh? And yes, good carbs are good! I'm eating plenty of veggies! I hope you feel better soon.. I dislike being sick.

Aimee: Well when I worked 3 years ago at my store (which had also a men's plus a kids section) we hired 10 extras and I think we were left with about 2 at the end of Christmas (one quit the rest were fired)...not too sure about this crop here. Asked for xmas off? wow that was brave... uhm aren't they temporary to begin with. I can't work xmas eve (the store closes at five and I have to work at this job <actually I am organizing the brunch>), but they knew when they hired me I worked full-time (but I can do a five hour shift in the evening so it isn't a problem), but I am letting them use me during the day on a few of my stats...and I can work boxing day (well she was going to schedule everyone on either Boxing day or xmas eve so I have to do boxing day).

Ok! Party was successful! we had 12 people including us and everyone had a good time Only one person had a bit too much and she' wasn't sloppy so I was pleased. As Hostess (with the Mostest ) I had 2 drinks and switched to water. I'm having some girls over Friday so that should be fun. Our house now looks like a real house So I want to take pics
I" have a short term goal item these awesome size 16 pants my sis gave me they're pumpkin colored I can swing a 16W but I want these pants!
