Red face

An old Favorite, it kind of just disappeared. Geez, I wonder why, LOL It is sure one of my hardest things to do. Oh well anyway it is for anyone to post what they did or didn't do for exercise. Or really, anything else about exercise too. I am definitely a reluctant sneaker.

I never replied in this topic last time because I never did much more than sit at the computer. But I started walking this week. I walked 20 min yesterday and 15 today. I'm so out of condition that my back aches. I will walk more.

Thanks for the topics Bren! You know it means a lot to me.

2 miles on the Treadmill, some Yoga, the big red swiss exercise ball, my upper body workout and some stretches!!!!!! I think I over did today! (think that is why my arm is hurting). I try to stretch and walk everyday love getting those activity points! I hurt but feel better when I am active!

Well I am wearing a pedometer and I will post my steps walked here, I put it on in the morning and I take it off after work because when I get home I immediately put on my sweats and it is hard to keep the ped on them. Anyway, My steps today were 989

Is that a spring loaded one? Cause I was told that mine(the WW one) won't be accurate if it is srping loaded because you have to make it go up and down to register steps taken and it it won't do that unless you are walking a steady gait and have it place on your hip! Was I misinformed?

Hi Candice,

Hey that must be why it is not very accurate, LOL! Anyway, I lost it today, I was using the bathroom at papa gino's restaurant and when I stood up it fell off my pants into the toilet and I am sorry but I was not fishing around in thereespecially for something that doesn't work worth a darn, so I flushed it away. I do have another one somewhere but I don't think I can find it, it is an old weight watcher one. Anyway, thanks for the explanation as to why it did not work well.

Default I did it!

Me and my girls walked 2.4 miles today, it was kind of fun and the kids just loved it. It was so beautiful out today. We won't talk about the eating though, I ate way too much.

Hi There,

Boy this is a lonely thread lately The girls and I walked 1.2 miles today, we would have went another round but it was 6p.m and I had to go to the grocery store still. My mom went with us so hopefully she will try and get in shape a bit too, I worry about her.

I didn't walk today but I did get a new pedometer and I had 6, 500 steps today, the national heart association recommends 10,000 steps a day for good health, gosh I don't know if I will ever accomplish that, maybe when I take a long walk after work, we will see. I lost .2 tonight at my ww meeting.
