It's the first day of May and that got me thinking about bathing suit season and all that fun stuff. Anyone have any goals for this month? I've decided mine is to be under 200 by Memorial Day and to get to the gym at least once a week. Considering how much I've been slacking lately, I figured I wouldn't put on too much pressure!
I would like to be in the 150's ...even if it's 159. by then. I'm at 171, so i'm looking at 11 ish lbs. but...i had a really good first week back this week and am looking at that first-week-all-water-weight-loss of 5 lbs. i'll take it giving me about 6-10 for the month of may!
We'll go back to my B-day goal from February: Get down to 155! Jeez, I'm going to throw a party once I get down to this point (will also be virgin territory). I also want to exercise 3 times a week.
Angie... Memorial Day is a US Holiday where we honor those that have died. My mom always goes with my grandpa to plant flowers on her mothers and brothers graves. For some people it is very special. It is Monday May 28th.
My Goal is to be under 220.... About 4 pounds, since I gained this week but refused to change my siggy!!
I also want to exercise MORE to kick this weight right on out of here.

ok, memorial day is the actual day my mom passed away. In honor of her (she was my biggest motivation and encouragement when it came to weight loss) I WILL lose 3-5 pounds.
I was at 159.6 at WI so I was 2 over my Memorial Day goal. After the weekend it is a different story and I know that I have gained at least 2 pounds. Here we go again!
