Ca was great last wkend - my son experienced a 4.4 while at work. He phoned to say he was OK etc. but didn't see anything on the news.

I made it by he skin of my teeth for m/end weight.

think positive Judy you're doing great, do you think exercise really is the key/

Hi all,
Not much action on this thread! Down 1.4 this week at weigh in I wouldn't have to weigh in every week, but since I am a little over my goal and am trying to lose more I think it is beneficial to me to weigh every week. Yes, Lynda, I think the exercise reallllly helps! I have been walking at least 5 miles on the days I don't go to the gym. Looking forward to seeing some of you post...Our grandson & his girlfriend is visiting this week for Spring Break so we are enjoying that.... Judy

Default coping with being 50+ in age

well Judy is theweather still behaving. Looks like we are going to have to stand on our heads to attrack others. I'm still floating at around the same poundage, and am super frustrated just fromt he point of view of keeping accurate records and still nothing happens. Know if I take the antiinflammatory drugs it throws me off but have been trying to limit computer time and use advil instead.
I hate my body - but then again have to appreciate being healthy.
I would love to be on that 5 mile beach walk. LOL you might need it more after the young people leave.
