Not much action on this thread! Down 1.4 this week at weigh in

I wouldn't have to weigh in every week, but since I am a little over my goal and am trying to lose more I think it is beneficial to me to weigh every week. Yes, Lynda, I think the exercise reallllly helps! I have been walking at least 5 miles on the days I don't go to the gym. Looking forward to seeing some of you post...Our grandson & his girlfriend is visiting this week for Spring Break so we are enjoying that....
