Hey all,
We're on strike, but it's rotating so I am at work today...
Anyway I hope all is well... My weight is down! I am also trying core... I had six egg whites, shredded wheat and plain yogurt (I added vanilla and sweetner) with a few blueberries added for breakfast. It was very filling!
I have my clinic tonight for running. I didn't practice at all this week due to being sick. I hope I'll be okay.
