    I'm going to post what I plan and then update it with the reality

    2 slices whole wheat bread 2 slices cheese

    1 cup pasta with 1 pat butter and 2 tbsp of parmesan 7.5
    Snack
    a satisfying cup of whole milk with 3 heaping tsp of cadburies drinkign choc 5
