Default I know you didn't ask

I can imagine how wonderful posting what you're going to eat each days is and how it helps you plan your day. It's a great idea!!!

My only comment is that, while everything you are eating is healthy in and of itself, you hardly have any protein in your diet. You list the eggs on day one, and the lean beef on day two - that's it. Milk is not considered a protein, it is a carb.

The veggies (salad, cauliflower, tomato, salsa, etc) are wonderful, but the majority of what you listed are all carbohydrates... milk, kashi, fruits, banana, tortilla, refried beans, pasta, pudding etc.

I'm not a "high protein" person myself, but know that it takes balance and moderation.

JMHO,

Lisa

Talking Thanks Lisa

Thanks so much for being interested in my menus, its kinda neat to know that people actually care and take time to see if you are eating right

I get alot of my protien from the cereal I eat, it has around 8 grams per serving and the refried beans I eat have 6 grams per serving plus the protien in the burger makes it exactally the amount I should be getting, I have studied this out very hard because I want to be sure to be getting everything this ol bod needs Again I want to say a BIG ol THank You for the concern and just for taking to time to make sure that people understand the importance that having a balanced diet can be and is to all of us... Have an awsome day and Bless you for taking the time to help
