Ali - good girl not going crazy with chicken wings like I would have - I LOVE chicken wing nad they are deadly. I had to stop going to the pub after volleyball b/c of that! Congrats on your good run!
I am stressing about the 5lbs and I actually wake up worrying about my dress fitting next Thursday. What if it doesn't fit!!! GAH!!!! I hope I can drop a couple lbs before then...I mean, all my clothes fit right now, so hopefully I won't not be able to zip it up.
Sherry - congrats on your loss. I think Ali's non-conventional advise is good!! You are losing eating more points, you can keep it up for a bit if you want!
on the Core Plan - I think it has merits and drawbacks, but I am going to try it out just for fun, to see how it goes. I totally needed to cut back my sugar anyway. Shaking it up for me isn't a bad thing, as I need a good kick in the @ss anyway!
Hocky - different shifts are def hard. But if you can't change the shifts, you ahve to change SOMETHING. Maybe try making meals ahead and freezing them so you can pull them out and heat them up late night rather than going to micky d's. That worked for me for a while. OR even just buying frozen TV din's. Still better than deep fried.
Gotta go - insane morning and lunch meeting until 1:30.
