Anyhoo, same old same old as of late. It's a quiet weekend this weekend so I can do more unpacking and setting up. I do plan to do some cardio tomorrow as well as some weight training... It's just been hard to get into a routine with that. It will be easier when the my gym opens a franchise right near my house, but that is stil a month or so away.

I have been watching Olympics instead of eating. I am so impressed by Michael Phelps and his class. I am impressed how much the athletes are pushing themselves to and the general respect for each other. I also love watching Ian Thorpe to hehehehehe Hopefully Canada will win a medal this weeknd

Belle: how did babysitting go? I might have two boys living with me temporarily, taht will be interesting.

Mine is FINALLY Friday...hi girls! Guess it's just us again!! Keir - I feel your pain. Rescheduling can be a nightmare!! I have had to do my share of that this past week for the wedding...it's a logistic nightmare, eh Kier! But worth it.

Yesterday was almost OP - I had a few chocolate covered almonds after dinner...but I was still OK just used a few flexpoints.
