Howdy Becks! I am needing the exercise challenge as eating is really quite good.
So....here goes. For July (and starting this week) I WILL do the following:
Walk/Run (since I dont walk to work) 4x/week (with my doggie!!)
Weights/strength 3x/week:
Week One:
June 29: 20 min walk + 15 min arms
June 30: 40 min walk + 20 min pilates
July 1-4: CAMPING: walking, biking, boating, horseback riding, swimming, running around after Carmen!
