Default July Exercise Challenge!

I thought it would be good to continue posting in your same original post. We will just edit. That way you can log your progress in the same post.

ok my goals are as follows:

Exercise 4x/week. That's it. This may seem simple to some but I haven't been doing much at all and if I could just make this a habit I will be pleased.

Log of Minutes Exercised/day~
July 1st~ We will be driving all day and other than shopping for a few hours and lugging bags I will not be able to fit in any formal exercise.
July 2nd~Biking 45 minutes
July 3rd~Canoeing 60minute
July6th~ Walked with DH 30minutes
July 7th~ Running program on treadmill 40 minutes
July 9th~Walked 20min
July 13th~ Walked 3.6 miles/60minutes
July 14th~ Walked 30minutes
July 15h~Walked 4 miles
July 17th ~ Aerobics 30m

Howdy Becks! I am needing the exercise challenge as eating is really quite good.

So....here goes. For July (and starting this week) I WILL do the following:

Walk/Run (since I dont walk to work) 4x/week (with my doggie!!)
Weights/strength 3x/week:

Week One:
June 29: 20 min walk + 15 min arms
June 30: 40 min walk + 20 min pilates
July 1-4: CAMPING: walking, biking, boating, horseback riding, swimming, running around after Carmen!

I would like to join your Exercise Challenge!!!

I'm going away for the holiday weekend but will still try to stick with the challenge.

My goals are to do cardio at least 4x a week
and do complete body strength training 3x a week.

I thought I was already on here but it doesn't look like I've posted yet so here goes...

My goals are to exercise my little buns off - Volleyball a minimum of two times a week and walks a minimum of 2 times a week and swim a minimum of one time a week. Any extra will be "gravy"

So far so good - Volleyball Monday and Tuesday and Swimming Monday - I have to start my walks again - I haven't been going because my lunches have been shortened for the past couple of weeks. My leader at WW has suggested we arrive at WI at the start of WI and then walk around the block for 20 minutes before the meeting so I will do that on Saturday too.

OK - Haven't done enough exercise so I thought I'd move the thread up to remind us all about this challenge.

July10th - hour long walk.
July 13 - volleyball
July 14th - volleyball

I'm hoping for those two volleyball's and then hoping to get in a second walk Thursday or Friday at lunch. Fingers crossed that nothing else "comes up" that will take me away from my plans.

July 14: 30 min dog walk DONE!
July 15: 30 min dog walk + arms
July 16: legs+abs + 30 min dog walk
July 17: golf lessons (1 hour) + 1 hour driving range
July 18: bike + arms + 30 min dog walk
July 19: 30 min dog walk + pilates
July 20: 30 min walk
