Busy day here - but wanted to pop in first!
Went to WW last nite - and am down another .2 - its not much - but hey "a loss is a loss' and its fine by me.
Any big plans for Easter? I am just eating at home - nothing big. We aren't even having ham! We are not big ham people - we are having chicken parmigiana and baked ziti - YUM!! Easy enough to be OP. I will do fine.
And since I am starting my points at dinner - its been going GREAT! I highly recommend it. So your tracker would look like this:
Dinner 4/12
Breakfast 4/13
Lunch 4/13
So you would start your points over at dinner each nite. I do 5pm to 5pm. But you can do 4pm to 4pm - whichever is easiest for you.

emmy - My dad is doing ok - we are trying to make the transition as painless as possible!! And my dad is on a low sodium and low sugar diet - so that is alittle tougher. He loves salt and candy! I am not sure exactly why they have him on low sugar - he is not diabetic. Its weird. But we are trying to work around that - its not easy!!
candice - I never heard of an EMG test - sorry! Look it up on the internet - I bet you will find lots of info there. Good luck and let us know how it goes. Oh and I say do what you need to do to make it feel better - that is what I would do!
