Hi all,
My pants are feeling looser.. Although I am losing weight and all, I have gained about 13 or so lbs since Christmas, which makes me mad that I let myself do that, but I am working on the issues that caused the weight gain and my weight is down so I am happy... I am 10lbs over goal right now (165, I ignored the scale but I was probably close to 170 for a while) and 20lbs over my personal goal... I will get there for my birthday! At least I haven't given up and I am gaining my initial resolve that helped me release the weight the first time has finally resurfaced!
I think we all need another challenge here, any takers?
