Talking Slender Tuesday

Hi Ladies since no one opened the thread I thought I'd take the initiative I'm home sick today sticking close to the bathroom UGH! but it will all come out in the end budum bumm chhhhhh
So it is Fat Tuesday but for us its Slender Tuesday because we are all committed to Not being fat to being strong healthy women
I am going to Ireland and its been planned for about 2 weeks Its my last girlie trip before I become a wife and its goign to be a blast!
Our healthy dinner party is being moved to thursday and We are either having chicken breasts smothered in zuchini tomatoes and Mushrooms maybe spinach and brocolli and ofcourse Garlic and on top of parmesan or pignoli nut cous cous or I will stuff the chicken breasts with all that numminess
Tonight if my stomach can handle it I'm either having tuna casserole. . .for if I'm not feeling adventurous or a veggie burger and a warm spinach sundried tomato and couscous salad of my own concoction. Come out and play ladies!

Hi Kier!

Well, my staff birthday lunch was postponed again, so I am now stuck without a lunch and i have to go and buy one! Oh well...it's hard to find good healthy lunches these days...I am not hurt that they are postponing my birthday lunch, as it has only been a few days - it's just inconvenient... how bad am I?

Well, Kier, I am with you on the slender tues! I have my TOM but I don't feel "fat" oddly and I have been OP!! Yay me!!

What day is your wedding again? Mine is Oct 9 - so I have a ways to go, but I am trying my best to enjoy the wait! Moving on May 14th, so that will be busy too.

Well, off I go BBL on lunch break!!

Morning Belle and Kier and any other lurkers out there. Day number two on Fast Tracks - Whoo-hoo! I did it yesterday (said no to a strawberry shake) and I'm doing it today (said no to pasta at a friend's house - I'll eat before I go) It's very one day at a time for me right now. One week to my sister and the triplets!! I will be holding all three in my arms in less than 7 days!! We're all very excited. The last time my family was all in one place was my sister's wedding a year and half ago but you don't get time to visit at weddings with all the running around and planning and dancing...plus they were only here for 3 days. This time it's a week and a half and there's three more of them. We should have some nice visit time.

Belle - I'm doing the higher carbs plan because I get very mean if I don't have my carbs. My grocery store finally started carrying the whole wheat english muffins and they are GOOD! I think it sucks that they postponed your lunch. They could have at least given you a little warning. Mean busy co-workers.

Kierie - are you feeling any better? Did the lunch help? It sounded nummy!

OK better get some stuff done. I'll check back to see if anyone's made it to their computers.

KT
