Supper: Taco Salad 15 pts.

Wednesday:

cottage cheese-2 pts.

Supper: WW meal 4 pts
chips 2 pts
Snack: bar 4 pts.

Today:

well..lets not talk about yesterday...supper was the local buffet...did o.k. until dessert time..

so today..

snack yogurt 2 pts.

supper-salmon/green beans..

even weighed in...lost only .5 but after supper last night...I'll take it!!
