Tammy, staying the same makes me very happy sometimes.
It's too cold and wet to exercise outdoors. Mall walking sounds like a good thing to do.
I love that WW dvd exercise video. The warm up part really gets my heart going.
I can walk at the school, which I have a few days. Also climb the steps in the HS section of the building. It's 3 stories, so that does it for me!! I really need to get with it once this cold is gone. Right now, I'm feeling pretty good. I took Dayquil (or the cheap version of it actually).

I set myself a goal to lose 5 pounds by the time we leave for Disney on the 24th. Hope I can do it. You'd think with this cold I wouldn't be eating. lol

I have set a goal to be at 199 by Feb. 26th. That may be a little over ambitious, but at least it will keep me on track.
Tonight we're having the WW recipe for baked Lemon/Herb chicken and brocolli.
