This will be our last posts on the February weigh-in thread. March is upon us.

I've been going up and down 1 or .5 pound. So, I'm going back on the Fast Track plan for a week. I've got to get myself "unstuck."

I can't wait to hear how everyone else did this week.

I hope Tammy is enjoying Disney World---and even eating some crazy treats.

I signed on at school.....just wanted to let you know that I was down 1.6 pounds. I'm pleased that it was a loss, but I was hoping for more
I need to keep my expectations in check.

Thanks Tina....I know that you're right, and "Rome wasn't built in a day"! I was at 203.2. I had hoped to be at 199 by this date, so I didn't meet my personal goal. I'm losing much slower than two years ago when I did a high protein diet. Deep down in my gut, I know that this is a healthier way to lose, but I'm impatient. Thanks for the kind words.
