Hi KT! Sounds like you are as busy as ever. If cereal isn't holding you, what about having an egg, oatmeal, or an english muffin with PB? Protein might help. Or if you NEED your cereal in the morning, what about yogurt or string cheese for an AM break? A small amount of protein and gets some calcium in too.

Becky - you didn't offend me! Curiousity - what will your first knitting project be?

Ali - I may give bumping my points a try. It might be rationalization on my part but I was wondering today if I'm calculating my AP's wrong and earning more than I think. I tend to overestimate on points eaten and underestimate on points earned. Since you think the aunt has your BF's interests at heart, I'd just send a quick, general e-mail. That he's doing fine and you'll be sure he knows she was asking after him. Then bcc or forward your response to BF. I always copy or forward any communication I have with CB's family to him and he does the same with mine- that way we are operating as a team.

Am dealing with a micro-managing detail crazed executive today who is trying to do both her job and mine. Joy!

Laura - someone once told me that cereal had good protein if eaten with milk. I don't believe them anymore cause when I have time, an egg will hold me. I like the thought of english muffins though, I almost forgot about those. Thanks!
