Well Happy Valentines day to all! :grouphug:
Whoop WI on personal scale does a flick of the needle just a bit more so I am encourged for tomorrow. WO you know the blah blah boring stuff ....and my sport headphones crapped out on me. I thought they just need charging and I did that then this morning only one side worked....which would normall be fine EXCEPT it is the right ear....now you could not know this but I have pretty signicficant hearing loss on that side, even with hearing aid it sounds garbled/underwater.. I depend on my left ear to catch the bulk of any conversation or music.....so I ordered another one from Amazon...this is the third one in less than a year. Other than that stay happy and healthy today The weekend is a big crap shoot on my end, and if there is a large loss at the scale on Saturday DH and I are going to celebrate valentines day, a day late LOL back later |

Blue plan, um...…….the solid food part at least...…………...works for many and I'm glad yNancy had such a fabulous weight loss. WW keeps saying we have to figure out what works for us and i'm glad you did. We are just back from a long weekend out at the beach. :swim: of course freezing, but nice for a walk. Place also has a fireplace and ocean front so we love it out there. Had a good time. Food best it's ever been out there, but still I'm not too thrilled to get on the scale. I may try now, but tomorrow is my official WI anyway. :goodscale: I hope. All the best to all who check in here. We are getting long, so I'll set up a new thread soon. Judy :cool: |
Hi turtles - congrats Nancy on your success with blue plan. I switched to green plan for 2 weeks & although I wasn't 100% I gained. So back to blue for me.
Judy - sounds like you are doing good as well. Keep it going! So nice day today, woke up yesterday to a foot of snow on my car but roads were OK for driving. Still have another 6 weeks of this to go - looking forward to spring. Tired of big boots and always seem to be dropping my gloves then looking for them etc. Anyway, no sense complaining about things - it is what it is! Goal this week is to drink extra water, get in some walks & stay on "blue plan" - plan ahead for socializing! Good luck ladies Gail |

Well I have had a bit of a gain these first few days of the week and hope I at least go back to where I was by Saturday. I tend to have a big drop then gain for a week then my body adjusts again....we will see now that I am doing 'blue'. I looked back on the purple plan and I had gains 4 weeks in a row and so glad I changed. NSV - I maked my 1 year anniversary going to the gym M-F at 5: 15 am!....I only missed a few injury/sick days and a few vacation days. And when a few more # come off I will measure. Last time was in August |

Nancy, that is a wonderful exercise record. WEigh to go! Gail, I think a lot of us are experimenting with the new colors of WW's. I like the purple plan, but even so after 4 days at the beach and making almost all my meals I still gained 2#. That kind of thing makes me nuts. I tried really hard, gave up loads of delish restaurant meals to hold onto my weight loss, and gained weight anyway. This will be a better week. Good luck to all and keep on keepin' on!
