Hi Turtles,
I had my first meeting here in NY where the Freestyle emphasis in WW was introduced. Briefly WW changed the points of lean protein foods such as no fat yogurt, skinless chicken breast, fish, shellfish, etc. to zero points. The daily number we have been using dropped. I did the program with the new twist yesterday and found I had 4 Smart Points left over which automatically rolled over to my weekly points to be used at special occasions if needed. When a food is a zero food, it doesn't need to be weighed or tracked. Sound scary? Not according to WW's which says that the new zero pointed foods (like a whole egg for example) are seldom overeaten and at the same time allow the protein to fill you in more and help stop you from eating other higher pointed foods.
I actually like this new slant on foods and protein and am interested in how I can make it work.
Sending :goodvibes: and :bravo: and  and  to any and all who read these posts and especially to those who are kind enough to chime in as well.

Gail, I hope this helps. Today I am going to make a veggie chili with beans since that will end up being a zero points food which will be perfect for a lunch thru the week. Good luck with all the preparation for a lovely Christmas with the grandkids.

Used the Freestyle program at WW's this week and lost 1.4# I'm happy about that since I was able to eat several foods that are not considered "diet" and yet still lost weight. Of course I am looking ahead and thinking that when I keep this up I'll be my right weight in the early summer. Wouldn't that be nice?

2Bees 12-14-2017 09:12 AM

hello turtles. I am using the WW online program. Since August of 2017 I have lost 20 lbs and have been stuck on 205/201 range for 6 weeks.
Now they have changed the program to something like South Beach with free protein and vegetables. Although the addition of corn is an even big puzzler.

With freestyle I have just added a meal to my day. Eggs and egg beater omlette. I still had another breakfast :( It is not going to work for me without rethinking my attitude. With the lower points I have been using up my weekly points too.

Itryharder 12-14-2017 09:40 AM

:welcome3: 2Bees!! Glad you chimed in here.
Congrats on your wonderful weight loss. It's not fun hitting a plateau and all of us can tell you we've been there.Sending you :goodvibes: to get past this snag and onto the weight loss you deserve.

I looked forward to a change in the program and then I was afraid I wouldn't lose weight with Freestyle. I did lose better than a pound after struggling all autumn so I hope that happens with you too. when you added the meal of an omelet did that stop you from eating other foods? Does anyone have some help to offer?

Wishing all the turtles :goodscale: and :bravo: Gail, how are you doing?

Hi turtles

Welcome 2Bees!

I have been sick with a cold virus and severe sore throat - been going on for about 10 days and I am super tired of this. Was off work all last week, but came back yesterday even though I am still abit sick. But am on the mend.

I have my final weigh in this week at Tops & hoping for a nice loss.

Judy - thank you for the ww information. Zero points food makes me nervous, I need portion control for sure. Hopes this works out for you.
Wondering, so now how many points that you need to count do you have?

All - good luck this week, everyone.

Gail

good morning

i am so glad to find you...i am starting ww but i lose very slowly and need lots and lots of help..im 5ft and weigh in at 220 and now diabetic hope to make lots of new freinds here:dizzy:

Itryharder 12-20-2017 06:42 PM

:welcome3: to Mamma! Congrats on starting WW and good luck. The turtles are a small group, and we always welcome new members. It'll be fun learning more about you. :bravo:

Gail, I knew something had to be wrong since you went so long without chiming in. Feel better soon. Sounds like a wicked virus.
To your question: Because of my weight, age, height I get 24Smart Points daily and 24(I think, maybe 28) smart points weekly. It sounds so strange but I find I often am able to roll over 4 points many days during the week. I lost another 1.4# this week and am so happy about that. Of course this week coming up is a very challenging one, but one day at a time, right??
Happy Holidays. If you are reading this, chime in and offer some solutions or questions or just say hello.
Wishing :goodvibes: to everyone and :cheer: to keep on keeping on! We are doing this.

Hello again turtles. Guess it is cold season. I have missed that bug but had a friend with a real cough for the longest time.
Welcome mamma04930, it is good to see others trying for the same goals.
I only went over on points that 1st week because I went out for dinner at a bbq place. Those baked beans and corn bread were heavy points. And I had enough leftovers to go over points the next day. Like bandit2 said-zero points should still have a calorie/portion reality check.
This week has gone better. Except I bought bread.

Itryharder 12-21-2017 08:49 AM

Hey 2Bees, you're doing great.
Oh, sounds like you have a "thing" with bread. Count me in. Me too. Let me know how it goes. I am fooling around with the program and trying very hard to have no more than one slice of lite bread a day. I also am having veggies rather than grains at dinner and eating lots of chicken. I really think these first few weeks on this new WW program is for experimentation..................and for me with Christmas right here the timing is tough. Had a couple of slipups after my WI, and today should be a great day.

I've got my ds and his family coming in on Sat. thru Wed. and that will be hectic but fun. I've got lots done for the big days and now I just have to pull it all off. lol. :cheer: and maybe

Sending :goodvibes: to all. Keep writing and let's all make 2018 a year of great cheer and :goodscale: I know we can do this!

Hi turtles & welcome to the newbies!!!

Finally over my cold virus, it was sooooo bad & lasted a full 2 weeks. But good now.

Had a really nice Christmas, busy but great.

At my final weigh in I was down 4.5# which was mostly because I was sick. But ended up 14# down for the year.
Doesn't sound like much but when you go up/down a lot some times months pass & you end up where you started.
So, my goal is to drop another 15# by July 1st, then set another goal.

All - hope you all had a great Christmas with your loved ones. We are in a deep freeze up here, bitter cold but at least the roads are good for driving.

Take care, stay on track & keep warm!
Gail

Itryharder 12-31-2017 11:15 PM

Hi TUrtles,
Wishing you all a very healthy, prosperous, and thinner new Year.
Gail, that is amazing to lose that much this year. So many times we'd write back and forth and have trouble holding onto a 2# loss, and look how well you did by the end of the year! Weigh to go. :goodscale: I love your new goal. I will make that my goal too. We can keep on track.

I just got my first Fitbit badge now that I've signed into my new account. It's Happy Hills for walking 10 flights of stairs.....................that had to do with putting away the Christmas decorations.

Onward and downward for all of us!

Hi turtles

Happy New Year!!!

Judy - congrats on your fitbit badge - I am sure you will love being on there. Really is motivating and fun.

Still trying to keep warm up here - been so cold your face hurts when you go outside. It has warmed up a few degrees the last few days, but still bitter cold.

All - here's to everyone doing well this year & sticking to our goals!

Hey Turtles,
How are you doing?
Things a bit crazy here, but I say that a lot. Today my car was dead. It's very new and the battery was shot. So, I spent today indoors, had it towed and fixed, but that was an all day thing. Luckily I did not eat over it and I'm happy about that. I had made a split pea soup and when I counted it out, it was really good. That and the eggs for breakfast were good.
Had to miss my meeting since I was dealing with the car. oh well, I'll go next week. Have a great week. Remember we're all trying to go onward and downward~!! :goodscale:
Judy

bandit2 01-09-2018 11:44 AM

Hi turtles

Judy - I also had a dead car last Saturday and got a boost & let it run for awhile. Temp have warmed & so far my car has still started. The day it was dead it was minus 28 C for 2 days & I guess that is what did it. Such a nuisance!

Yesterday, we got lots of snow and the roads were really bad in the morning, so a snow day for me. I tried heading out but it took me 1/2 hour to go what usually takes 10 minutes before going onto the highway, so I turned around and went home. Snowed all day, but today roads are fine.
I made 2 banana bread loafs which turned our yummy but have to be careful not to overdo it when it comes to those things. Had 1 small piece yesterday and that was it.

All - chime in when you can & do your best

Gail

Itryharder 01-10-2018 07:38 PM

Hi Turtles,
Gail, hooray for only one small piece of banana bread. I overindulged on pumpkin bread from Christmas, so I'm very reluctant to make any banana bread right now. love the stuff!

I had a very big weight gain at today's WI and I know why..............this is my first WI in three weeks because of my car not starting and then company so I missed my meetings...........I do like my meetings. I'll let you know what I weigh next week. I am confident I can get this weight off quickly since Freestyle actually works for me. It's the first WW program since Core that I like and can do.

Running out to baby sit, but will chime back in here whenever I can.
:goodscale: and :bravo: to all the Turtles!
Judy

bandit2 01-16-2018 03:13 PM

Hi turtles

Judy - hope you knock your gain off quickly & good luck with the new Freestyle WW programme - commercials look good with lots of variety for food.

Just going along with the winter up here & temperature goes up/down so quickly. Have my weigh in tonight - was down 2# last week, so was happy with that.
Had some birthday celebrations this past week, so would be happy to have a turtle this week.

Make stuffed chicken breasts with broccoli & cheese last night for tonights dinner & they look really good.

Anyone tried any new recipes lately??

Gail

Itryharder 01-23-2018 09:00 AM

Sorry I didn't get back here sooner. Gail, glad you lost 2# last week and are also enjoying celebrations. I figure you have got this whole idea working for you. You had a great weight loss last year and when you repeat that this year you'll be that much closer to goal.

I had a setback............and have come to the conclusion that will be my pattern. Ate too much yesterday morning even before the day started..........had 2 slices of banana bread (which was delicious) for 18 points and ended up just fine by eating zero point foods for the rest of the day. Well, nothing I think anyone should emulate, but I do have one good idea. Because my dh and I eat different foods at different times, I am in the kitchen often throughout the day. Now I have set up a "snack bowl" filled with a couple of clementines, mini cuke, and mini peppers to graze on while I am there. It works! before I would hunt for almonds or grab a few pretzels, etc. and that wasn't doing me any good. I still plan all meals in the morning and I include snacks. Also, have you checked out YouTube for meal prep for the week on WW's Freestyle program? I got inspired to make a really good bean chili with lots of veggies....simple...........cannellini beans rinsed and drained, can crushed tomatoes, carrots, green beans, corn, onion all chopped along with turmeric, seasoning..................like the Italian blend........and slow cooked. Makes a ton of chili and it's good. My dh topped his with parm and that worked.

Anyway, :goodvibes: and :goodscale: I WI in tomorrow and I am hoping for an edge downward.
Best to all!
Judy

bandit2 01-24-2018 10:35 AM

Hi turtles

Judy - well, the 2 lbs I lost last weight were regained this week. I tried doing the "official Tops exchange programme" for the week. But I did have grandsons birthday celebrations & 1 dinner out with the ladies. But still felt the programme for me is too many starches and not enough protein, so will be tweaking it this week & go from there.

Your snack bowl is a great idea - already when needed. Your bean chili sounds really good. Tonight I am making stuffed spaghetti squash, so will have that for a couple of meals.

All - hope you are doing well and pop in when you can.

Judy - have a good week!

Itryharder 01-24-2018 02:44 PM

I hear you. All we can do is tweak the programs as we go along. I have a fellow WWer who has already lost 135# in about a year................and she hasn't had a piece of bread. she knows from past times of trying to lose weight that she really can't eat bread. With a 135# loss, who can argue with her about HER!
I did a WI this morning and am happy to have lost 2.2# which is part of my Christmas gain. ugh...........the up and down is tiring, but I am on track now and have been for the last 4 days including treadmill, so I think things are looking up.

We have a pizzeria nearby that makes a WW pizza...........they pointed it out and the entire 12" pizza (of course very thin crust and small amts. of sauce and cheese) was only 9 SP. I had half the pie, packed up the rest to bring home and wrapped the remaining 4 slices into two bundles of 2.5SP each. Happy I tried it.

right now I'm making a spinach thingy..................spinach cooked with onion and garlic and some tomato product of almost any kind. I serve it on a low point bread and heat it up.........sprinkle some ff mozzarella shreds on it and let that melt. makes a very low point lunch or a good side to chicken or beef for dinner. Thought you'd like that idea.

Things going okay here. Hey Turtles, chime in, let us know what and how you're doing!
All the best :goodvibes:
Judy

Itryharder 01-24-2018 02:47 PM

by the way, I love stuffed spaghetti squash and bought a huge squash at Trader Joe's today. I have sauce and ff ricotta cheese and some ff mozzarella and some delicious parm..................which will make a lovely dinner. I may even throw in some turkey pepperoni or some sliced chicken sausage.

I am trying new dishes to help my dh lose some weight. Any more great recipes, please post here.
Oh, and I made the unstuffed cabbage with 93% lean chopped beef and a cole slaw mix of cabbage and carrots......easy way to get a good result.

Okay, I will chat again soon. :goodscale: to all.
Judy

bandit2 01-25-2018 09:26 AM

Good morning, turtles

Judy - great job on your weight loss & wow, for cooking up a storm. All recipes sound delicious & I love that your pizzeria has WW pizza, and that is low in points for the whole thing plus you have more meals from it - great find!

Will be having the squash tonight for my dinner, so looking forward to that. Since I am doing a modified tops plan this week, I can still have some starches - so breakfast today I am having 1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1/2 tomatoe and cheese slice, so alittle different but works with my plans. I also brought a banana (which counts as 2 fruits). For lunch a salad with feta cheese, light dressing and some roast beef. So all on plan for the day.

Hoping my dropping some starch & adding protein will be better results this week (if not, will tweak again)

All - hope you are all doing well.

Lets all drink some extra water today!

Gail

Itryharder 01-26-2018 09:18 PM

Glad you are tweaking your plan. I feel good about the WW new program Freestyle. YouTube has some interesting videos about the program..................it is fairly controversial since it would be possible to gain weight if you ate zero point foods and filled in with junk for points. Why anyone would purposely do that is beyond me. I am looking for a way to eat healthy and still have little treats here and there. Hopefully when I do that and get on the :tread: I will lose weight again and have a :goodscale: I sliced up and apple, sprinkled it with cinnamon, and a smidge of water. Put it in the microwave............and it's close to a baked apple and smells delish. The good thing about Freestyle is that the food is filling. I had a new chili recipe from Amanda Cypert on YouTube. Crock pot.............chicken, Rotel tomatoes, black beans, corn, and a pointed out amt. of 1/3reduced cream cheese. The chix can be shredded once it is cooked and the whole casserole gets creamy and thick. I really liked it. She spiced it up with cumin, hot sauce, chili powder, Hidden Valley ranch dressing powder...............The cream cheese I cut way back on using only 1/2c. for 12 points total. Since I got 6 healthy servings out of it , the recipe turned out to be 2SP/bowl. Have another portion in fridge and rest in freezer. I like trying new things.................if I find another good one, I'll put the results here.

Have a great day! Chime in when you can. :goodvibes: to all!
Judy

bandit2 01-29-2018 09:23 AM

Morning turtles

Judy - recipe sounds good & very low in points which is bonus.

I think we have to keep some treats in our plan but budget for them. I always overdo chips (my favorite) and had some (lots) Friday night so yesterday, was feeling guilty about it, so I weighed out a 50 gram portion (280 cal) and but in baggie & that is a pretty good portion. So will count that in my total when I have them. Instead of just opening the bag and chowing through it, then not really knowing how much I had. It will make me more aware when having chips.

Yesterday I made a cauliflower casserole with cheese, bacon & sour cream & turned out good - so that will be a side dish throughout the week. Also roasted up a pork loin roast.
I like to do some pre-cooking on the weekend since it is too late to cook big things during the week when I get home. Also have some stuffed squash leftover for another meal.

All - keep on with your weight loss journey, sometimes it is hard but also it is harder being uncomfortable in our overweight bodies.

Have good luck at the scale this week!

Itryharder 01-31-2018 01:01 PM

Hi Turtles,
Gail, that sounds smart to weigh out chips and those things we can have, but are easily overeaten. I do that with almonds for a 2SP serving which is 11 almonds.

I had a disappointing WI today since I got on the treadmill :tread: 6X this week and hit the blue dots every day but one this past week which should have resulted in a loss. Instead I gained 1.2# which is not at all fun............especially since I am only working on getting off the Christmas weight that I gained because of stress and food. Well, it is what it is. last week I did lose 2.2# which was a big loss for me and maybe that was an artificial loss. Who knows? So, I will stick to the program and see what the next few WI's turn out to be. I don't see another way to lose weight and this should work. Wish me luck.

In the meantime, anyone looking in, please do your best, drink water, get some movement in and post new recipes as you find them. it all helps to shake up the program and keep a weight loss going!
Judy

bandit2 02-01-2018 09:19 AM

Hi Judy - shake off the gain, stick with it and progress will follow. I know though when you work hard & it doesn't show at the scale, it gets you down. But sometimes our hard work plus our over indulgences don't show up until the following week, so you probably have a nice loss next week.

For me, I was down 1# this week at the scale, so happy I tweaked Tops plan - I knew too many starches would not be good for me. But I dropped it down & added more protein, so here's hoping that will work.

Also, this week another lady did a programme similar to the exchange except it is called "My Plate" which I am sure you are familiar with. It basically is: Half plate veggies, 1/4 plate starch & 1/4 plate protein, then you add 1 Fat (example 1 tab oil, dressings etc) and 1 milk (or yogurt). That would help with eating out, but at home I prefer weighing/measuring.
She gave us a paper plate for sample (which was abit smaller than my dinner plate at home) Something to be aware of. I have a travelling plate with dividers which is same as her sample, so will be using that going forward.

So, calling for more snow up here & the kids are heading to cottage for weekend, so have some "me time" this weekend.
Goal for this week is to get my Simply Fit board out and use it, as well as some walking.

All - have a great week.

Itryharder 02-08-2018 07:33 AM

Hi Turtles,
Gail, enjoy the quiet me time this weekend.
For once instead of getting furious at the scale :goodscale: which went up last week in spite of excellent food and :tread: I tried being a grownup. I kept to the plan, tweaked it, and ended up losing all I gained and an additional amt. So glad for that. I am 3# away from my lowest December weight and then I'll start a "true loss" number.

Oh, and listen to this..................on the new Weight Watchers you can play with it quite a bit. That's not helpful to me. Eating zero points all day for my meals and then indulging in 23 SP of junk will get me nowhere. So I have decided not to earn the blue dots from the WW app. Instead, I am going to concentrate on zero point foods, have healthy snacks and make this work. Of course I can't eat the way I'd llike (and I wish WW would stop saying you can have anything you want because they never finish the sentence) because if I ate the way I would like to eat, I'd gain tremendous amts. of weight. Aside from okra, I can't think of a food I don't like. I am a volume eater so need lots of food. You know what I am saying, for sure.

Well, off that message. Have you tried making a Shepherd's Pie with 93% lean beef or turkey with mashed cauliflower topping instead of mashed potatoes? It's really good...........not hard to make and makes a ton which also freezes quite well.

Sending :goodvibes: to all. Turtles, chime in. Gail, so grateful for your help.
Judy
getting there.

bandit2 02-08-2018 09:38 AM

Morning, turtles

Judy - glad you dropped your gain. I bought lean ground chicken to try and make some meatballs, but after reading your post I will make sheppards pie with it & plus I already have a cauliflower on hand & yes, I have made it before with the cauliflower but used ground beef. So will see how that turns out. I love those kind of 1 pot recipes and to have stuff on hand to just heat up.

I was down another 1# this week, so happy with that & yesterday, started to workout with my dd (she is a personal trainer) so hopefully that helps as well. Food has been really good this week, and using "My Plate" has helped keep me on track.

Yesterday, I took off work as a holiday since we had huge amounts of snow up here. So it was a day well spent on holiday & made some "lower carb soup" Turned out pretty good. Basically a veggie soup with chicken broth, pureed then added chicken and "zoodles" (spiralized zuccinni) instead of regular noodles. So have a pot of that to have on hand for the next few days.

All - Lets all plan to stay on track (as much as possible) over the weekend. That is the tough part for me & also I have a dinner Sat night for my dd birthday celebration.

Gail

Itryharder 02-08-2018 03:16 PM

Hi Turtles,
Gail, you're doing this! Glad you are going to try the Shepherd's pie. It is so great to have meals prepped and in the fridge or freezer to just warm up. My good WW friend lost over 250# and she preps ahead to have food for the week. I am working on getting some foods ahead so I'll have a variety. When I make a crockpot chili, it makes 6 servings and I don't want chili for every night of the week, so I'll refrigerate some and then freeze the rest. I have also been watching Amanda Cypert on YouTube. She is young, about 24, and does videos on meal prep and even food hauls. She has some really good ideas and I have tried a couple.

Okay, everybody, have a good week. I have a goal in mind and feel like WW's Freestyle can help me achieve it. I have to remember there will be ups and downs and do the best I can. :goodvibes:

Morning turtles

Welcome Gailruu to our group! Pop in when you can & share your challenges, recipes and motivation you have.

Judy - I did make the sheppards pie using ground chicken and cauliflower instead of potatoes. Looks good, but haven't tried it yet - will be my lunch today. I divided it into 4 large portions for meals & probably will freeze one to have on hand. Lately, when I make a recipe I freeze at least one portion (all counted out) and this will makes things easier for menu planning as well.

Started working out with my daughter last Wed & got in 3 workouts this week, so off to a good start.

All - have a great week. Sending "skinny vibes" to all of you.

Morning turtles

So excited - at my Tops meeting last night I was down 3.5# this week and was the weekly highest loser (free dues for 1 week). So was really happy with my week 1 results working out and increasing exercise and being totally on plan with my eating. Paid off!

All - hope you are having a good week

:welcome3: to Gailruu,
Good luck. we can support you and wish you well. Good luck with the program!!!
Gail, that is a fabulous weight loss! :goodscale: What did you do differently that made this happen? Wow! So pleased for you.

I have started watching YouTube and Amanda Cypert in particular to get ideas about cooking ahead (they call it meal prep), putting the food into Bento boxes and storing some in fridge, and some in freezer. It makes life so much easier to have a variety of foods ready to eat. I made a meatloaf with side of green beans (with Bacon bits and some chopped onion), veggie chili and I had a WW style Cole Slaw in fridge to go with as needed, and shredded chicken veggie casserole in crock pot for another choice. I had made the spaghetti squash casserole and will have the last quarter of it for dinner tonight. This is all handy since we are doing a small kitchen improvement (new counters and backsplash) and I haven't had use of water over the weekend in the kitchen...............I had made the dinners right before this started. Hey, do you like overnight oatmeal? I am making it was almond milk and a smidge of protein powder and a smidge of chia seeds. I sprinkle a few raisins on top . Higher points than I would usually use, but very tasty and a nice change from egg on lite rye toast.

Okay, I'm going on and on.....................so :goodvibes: to all. Gailruu, hope you join us with comments and support. We love new members.

Morning turtles

Judy - yes I was pleased at the scales last week. I have been doing "My Plate" which is 1/2 plate is veggies, 1/4 starch & 1/4 protein and with our Tops programme we are allowed 6 starches & 5 proteins a day, but I switched that around for me & seems to work better. Also increased my exercise and NO CHIPS (2 weeks - that is a record for me)

Hope everyone has a great week!

Gail

Itryharder 02-20-2018 05:03 PM

Hi Turtles,
I hope everyone has a great week too!
Oh Gail, giving up chips for two weeks is fantastic. What a great weight loss you had. :goodscale:
Our renovation is almost done. I had some bento boxes filled with healthy foods in the right portions in the freezer. Defrosting them now and will keep on keepin' on.
Best to everyone!
Judy

bandit2 02-26-2018 12:14 PM

Hi turtles - good job with the bento boxes (great idea to have on hand)

I had a "girls weekend" away at cottage & there were 9 of us altogether - lots of fun and I kept totally on track all weekend with my eating. Only extras were the drinks.
I was exact weight this morning as I was before I left, so very happy with that. And there were so many goodies but I declined and had some healthy nibbles (veggies, chicken, pork pieces)
We couldn't get out for walks since cottage was surrounded by ice & very hard to get around. We drove into the town & did some shopping and I found a great deal on a coat.

All - chime in when you can & hope you have a good week at the scales.

Hi turtles

I was down 1# this week at my weigh in so happy with that since being away.
Calling for more snow tonight but at least we had abit of a break from that.
I don't work Fridays so don't have to worry about commute tomorrow.

All - pop in when you can!

Gail, you are doing great! I remember you set a goal at the beginning of the year. How does it feel to be actually doing this?????? Weigh to go lady!

I am trying something new. Each day I concentrate on making that day the best it can be without feeling deprived. I feel I will lose weight without angst this way. Send :goodvibes: because I really want this! Having as much weight off as I do is great, but I have stalled here for far too long, so I am putting a lot of effort into this.

Yeah, we may get snow here tomorrow too and our snow blower is at the shop for repairs. ugh...................well we'll see what's what tomorrow.

Food good............friend coming over for tea tonight. All good.
Turtles, chime in. We love hearing from you.

Hi turtles - down another 1# this week, so happy with that since I overdid the weekend. And I shared with another member the High Monthly Loser for February, which was nice.

Trying to keep my meals simple and keeping snacking at a minimum which is helping. I still like something at night while watching TV but make sure I keep room in my meal plan for that. Most of the time it is something not too heavy, last night was jello with whipped cream and some pecans on top - hit the sweet spot for sure.

All - hope you are having a good week.

Gail, you are doing fantastic! Weigh to go!! :goodscale:

Hi Turtles,
I hope you are all getting ready to shed winter and move into the spring. Seems like this winter was especially tough. Still looking at snow.
Lots going on here that makes it hard to stay on track. Each day is a new day. Right???

Have a good week.
Judy
