Having a good day today. Wishing you all well. :bravo: and :goodscale:
Itryharder Judy |
wooah, where did our previous posts go? I'm still getting used to navigating this site.
So yesterday was a good day of point counting. I ended at the top of my points but still legal. I find that my points are higher on days when I'm busier and can't be around the stove to do veggie plates. Those veggie plates really fill me up, lower my points, and keep me satisfied. What I do is to put about 3 cups of mixed zero and one point veggies in a steamer basket (I use frozen this time of year) and steam them for a few minutes until hot but not limp. I use cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green beans, about a 1/2 cup of corn, and 1/4 cup of edamame. When steamed I put on a plate, sprinkle with a little salt and about an ounce of cheddar or Parmesan cheese. The whole plate is 3-4 points. If I have it twice in a day I can really get my points down for the day. The smasher is that you sort of have to be close to a stove, you could microwave but I try to avoid that as much as possible. I'm home today so planning on a lower point day with my veggie plates. Everyone have a delightful day. |
Hi turtles
It has been warm up here the last few days but rain and lower temps are on its way - but was nice to have high temps for a few days. I have a cold and have been laying low the last few days but doing OK with my eating & tracking everything. Karen - your veggie idea sounds great & that would be very filling and low points. Good to keep in mind after having high point meals. Judy - Glad you lost a bit - it all adds up. Keep up the good work. I made devilled eggs to have on hand for my breakfast this week & it's a nice change from quiche & omelletts. With it I asparagus rolled in turkey breasts, trying to keep my carbs abit lower this week. Been getting in my walks even though I didn't feel like it with this cold - but the air actually made me feel better & the dog thanked me for it. All - keep going in the right direction and making the good choices! Gail |
Ahhhh, I'm sitting here like a little stuffed pigeon. I had two veggie plates today and my total points came to 21. I am sooooooooooo happy!!! And soooooooooooooo stuffed. I know I won't be looking for any more snacks for the night. Yeahhhhhhhhh, 21 points!!!! :carrot: :carrot:
So here's what I did today: my usual evolv shake (2), veggie plate w/cheese (4), carrot muffin (3), banana (2), musili (4), veggie plate w/cheese (4) 1/2 of a corn muffin (2) = 21....burp! :o I have a meeting in the morning and shopping in the afternoon so I won't have a veggie plate day tomorrow....darn. But on my days at home I'm going to try to repeat today's menu as often as possible. So sorry you have a cold, Gail. There is a lot of it going around here too. It seems to be viral. Get well!! I love deviled eggs!!! yummmmmmmmmmmy! I'm going to go take my little stuffed self to the sofa and read my book. |
Still Karen,
Our posts are all there but on the last thread (#299). They don't go away. They stay together in their thread. (or group of posts) I started thread #300 and am so glad you saw it. I started the new thread #300 because we had accumulated a lot of posts and it seemed like a good thing to do. Glad you are back to your veggie plates. They do sound both delish and low points. Weigh to go! Gail, sorry about the cold. I always forget how miserable a cold is until I get the next one. Hope you feel great soon, but very happy your food is on track. I love deviled eggs too. Today's menu is all planned out. Here it is: 1 oz. of cheese, egg white/spinach omelet, tuna salad on 60 cal. pita, orange and almonds for snack, spaghetti squash and soy burger topped with cheese for dinner. Have a great day and keep on posting! Judy |
Morning ladies
I am feeling much better & got in a big walk last night when I got home from work & before dinner. Today my menus is B = devilled egg, turkey breast, ham slices with asparagus. L = greek salad, chicken breast. S = leftover steak & chicken, mashed cauliflower with cream cheese & green beans. So should be a good day. Our weather is crazy - heavy rain overnight and todays high is 16 C, then tomorrow -7 C with is a swing of 23 degrees. Hard deciding what to wear, so do the layer thing for now. Have a great day & keep on doing what works best for you. Gail |
Bandit, :hb: to you! Have a good one.
Today was a carb day. I plan to be back on track tomorrow. Have to get busy and not watch so much tv. Still Karen, how are you doing??? Judy |
Hi Turtles,
Well, I got my head back on track. Got grocery shopping, picked up loads of veggies, and made three dishes for the upcoming week. I made a fake Shepherd's Pie, a Santa Fe type Chicken dish, and a salad w/loads of veggies and garbanzo beans and even the treat of a small amt. of Cheddar Cheese. All delish..............I like being prepared so that if I need to be out, I know something tasty is waiting at home for a simple meal. Even if my dh and I are out running errands and he wants a slice of pizza, I'll keep him company and enjoy a Diet Coke............a rare treat.............and eat my "real lunch" at home. We all do this differently but I know a New York style slice of pizza is almost 14 Smart Points and not worth it. How are you guys doing??? Sending :goodvibes: and :cheer: to brighten the day. Judy |
Good Monday morning, turtles
Judy - yes a carb day gets the better of me as well. Once you get going hard to stop - I find too many carbs and I am either hungrier or so bloated I feel like crap, then keep thinking get back on track next day. Plus a heavy carb day makes the scale go up lots. Hope you are back on track now. Karen - I hear you about the pizza points, so many things are so high in points & you aren't really full but use up a lot of your points. Planning ahead is key for me as well. Yesterday, I made a beef stew (no potatoes) to have for a couple of suppers this week as well as a lighter quiche for my breakfast this week. I will a 1/4 each day Mon to Thurs which is my work week. Lunch today is Caesar salad (no croutons) and some ham. Need to be light since yesterday was a higher calorie/point day than planned. We have "family dinner" on Sunday and yesterday ended up being lasagna, oven bread and salad but of course I overdid the bread - but is was delicious. Bowling tonight then home for a nice bowl of stew, looking forward to it. All - lets have a good week. |
I love that you do bowling night. Sounds like so much fun, Gail. Yep, I try to compensate the next day after a bit higher food.
I know it works because when I look overall at how I've done over the years, I am down about 50#. Of course I've got a lot to go and don't want to be stuck here. Karen, how are you doing? The veggie plates you do sound very filling. Glad you found something that works for you. Food good today. My new WI day is Friday and I hope to have dropped some of the carb weight I put on last week. ::goodscale: to all of us. Judy |
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, my life gets so complicated sometimes. Sorry I've been gone about 5 days. Crazy around here. I bet your lives get that way too.
And when my life gets crazy I do terrible with tracking points so smack my backside, pick me up from the dust and get me back on the horse today. I didn't eat like a crazy person on my 5 day crazy life but I was not on target with my WW points so today I've had a lovely NORMAL day and am reporting in with 25 legal points.............yeahhhhh!!!! I didn't do a weigh-in last Wednesday because I knew if that needle on the scale moved up it would send me right to the candy bar counter so I just left the scale on the shelf. This week's schedule looks normal (so far) so baring any disasters I should be able to track a legal week. Gail, I'm glad you are feeling better, great that you do the bowling thing, and our weather is crazy a few hundred miles south of you too. We had a thunder storm and tornado's in the area (only minor damage...thank God). That is an all time record for the state of Minnesota to have tornado's on March the 6th. The earliest recorded tornado in Minnesota prior to tonight was March 18 of (forgot the year). Judy...you are such a good cheerleader. Are you still on your treadmill? ;) |
Morning ladies
Bowling was fun & my stew was delicious (even with no potatoes) I did have a slice of bread with it but didn't overdo it. Got in a big walk with the dog when I got home last night, so great evening all round. Made salmon fishcakes last night to have for my lunches rest of week along with a big salad - so looking forward to my lunch. Rainy day up here but temp is higher which is nice, we had a cold snap last week & it was freezing. Temp suppose to drop tomorrow & Thurs with maybe some snow. Oh well, for March it is still really good. All - hope you gals stay on track, count your points/calories & make good choices. Lets all drink some extra water today! |
I'm not doing very well with my points. I'm not over eating (as in pigging out) but not staying within my dieting levels. I started volunteering with my library committee and we are doing a bunch of events at the school which is out of my eating cycle. It's messing up my whole food pattern. I thought this was going to be an easier week but I ended up having 4 pop-up meetings....blahhhhh.... I had McDonald's Cheeseburger and small fries tonight, a candy bar, a scone at the meeting, and Jelly Belly Jelly beans..........none of it was on my points plan.
I'm discouraged but determined so tomorrow is another day. And I think I should be home to hit the veggie plates. You are doing so well!!! all your walking and bowling....good for you!!! |
Yep, it's easy to "fall off track" and then be unhappy about it.
Still Karen, I am still on my :tread: . I am doing 1/2hour 4X week. I think I'll try to get it up to five times. My food overall was good this week, but had a couple of lapses. I think I have to factor in the "lapses" as simply part of what happens in life. Now I will keep tracking and let the guilt wash away. Honestly,. I feel I'm doing the best I can with a lot of tumoil in my life. Trying to figure out when, if ever, I wasn't in turmoil about something. Guess what? Never happened. lol. So, with these emotions here, I am thinking through ways to get thru the emotions without the food. Will I ever be 100% successful , maybe not, but I need to keep trying. I have to keep saying that I have lost and kept off 50#. Now to tackle the rest. Gail, we've got snow here today after some beautiful weather earlier this week. Crazy. Karen, whatever happens to throw you off, you know you can get right back on track. you can make this work. and :cheer: and :bravo: to all of us Turtles. Chime in when you can. Judy |
Hi ladies - yes things get tough at times but that is just part of weight loss journey, as they say - if it was easy everyone would be slim.
So, lets just get back at it. Tomorrow I am having a sleep over at my cousins & I know it will be drinks and snacks along with our movies, so am trying to think forward & will have light breakfast tomorrow before I get there. Judy - you have done great dropping 50# - actually it is amazing, I bet when you started you never thought you would get were you are. I am so proud of you & so many others would be thrilled to be down that much. Karen - It is always a challenge when you are in a position of having to order fast food plus all the extras that go along with work gatherings. Someone is always bringing in goodies to the office & I usually just say I already had some when the "food pushers" keep saying to have some. Or I take a piece & say I will have later and usually bring it home for the kids. The sweets aren't a problem for me, so that makes it easier not to indulge. All - have a great weekend. |
Hi TUrtles,
Gail, I love your attitude about food at work. I'm retired now, but that was always a challenge for me. We had a microwave in our meeting room, so I could always have a cup of tea.................but looking at the goodies was tough and I always wanted something......especially when a really good baker would bring in something nice. I really like what you had to say. :chef: Well, our new snow is still here, but hopefully it will warm up soon and this March snow will disappear. No real plans for the weekend, but I am thinking about what foods I'd like to prepare ahead to have on hand. Worked out great yesterday when I was babysitting and my dd took much longer than she thought she would. I came into my house starving, so discarded the planned lunch and heated up some whole wheat pasta and my Santa Fe stew in the microwave..............took about 3 minutes instead of the 10 it would have. So funny to think that eating 7 minutes sooner made a difference, but it did! Okay, have a great weekend. I think it's important to be kind to ourselves (and not be so kind that we don't budge our weight downward.) I hope that was okay to say. Really enjoying this thread. Let's keep on keepin' on! Judy |
Hi turtles - weekend was good, fun at my cousins (watched lots of movies) not too many drinks but overdid the snacks. Overall great time.
We are suppose to get another load of snow tonight & into tomorrow, so seeing it is March break I booked the day off as a holiday. So will be home playing with grandchildren instead of trying to drive in a big mess. All - hope you stayed on track over the weekend. Keep warm Gail |
Hi Turtles,
Gail, did you get as much snow as expected? We were supposed to get a foot or so and actually got 3". It was an icy mix, so the sidewalks, etc. are pretty slippery. I have a good attitude about food. I am on track after being off for awhile. I got my "binge" weight off, and now I'm working on getting into the next decade of weight. When I am on track, I should be able to do that in a month. The biggest challenge I have is my plans change so much (my dd and grandkids live down the block ) and I need to be prepared with eating at different times than I would like. All small stuff, but I have to figure out what to do. I know I can do it. Patting myself on the back over what I've lost...............but I've been saying that again for years, so I need to do something positive again. This would be a great year to lose about 25#. That in itself would be great for fitness and appearance. :bravo: Let's do this! :goodscale: Judy  |
ps
Went to my WW mtg. this morning and one of the nicest gals said she's lost 70# this year. Oh my goodness! She has tracked every single day and is doing so well. That's inspirational and I thought you'd like to hear about her determination and her wonderful results. judy |
Morning turtles
Judy - wow, for your ww member - good for her. That is such a great success!! I hear you about the family members changing your plans. Last night, for example, my supper was all planned out & then my dd ordered pizza BUT especially since I have my weigh in tonight, I stuck with my dinner which was very good. But knowing there was pizza upstairs was challenging - but I know it would show up on the scale tonight, so I passed. Most of the snow hit west of us, but the roads were still bad & whiteouts with the big winds. So I had yesterday off as well - started out driving to work, got about 20 minutues from home, sliding all over & seen a few accidents, so headed back home. Bonus, though - I had my lunch & snacks all done. Karen - how are you doing? This week, I have stayed on track (although weekend was rough) so hoping to down down at the scale tonight. Last week I got a 6 week "no gain sticker" which was a surprise. Haven't had big losses but no gains, I will take. All - good luck & stay warm! |
Hi Turtles,
Yes, Karen, I'm sending out a hello again from the Turtles..............it'll be good to catch up with you. Gail, that was amazing to not have pizza when it was right in the house. So tough, but good for you and I hope you ended up with a :goodscale: for your efforts. Staying on track and getting thru a 6week no gain is wonderful. Weigh to go! I have these small emotional mini-binges and am working very hard on keeping in mind the "why" of being in WW's. Why do I want to lose weight? Easy, to be fit and look better. nothing really earth-shattering there, but I need to keep in touch with the why. Last night my dd called and said she and the kids wanted cookies. She said she was beat, but she could make some. I picked up the "hint" and made a batch of cookies. I baked 12 cookies and put the rest of the dough in the freezer bag for her freezer for the next time the kids wanted cookies. She can just bake up a small batch and call it a day. I am so proud of myself because I didn't eat one and had a cup of tea while they munched on their cookies. If you had told me last year that I would have been able to do this, I would have told you that I couldn't. Now, at least for today, I want to lose weight. Tomorrow is St. Pat's and I've got a corned beef, some cabbage, and carrots and potatoes ready to cook up. I'll need to be careful and hopefully most of it will be eaten at dinner since I'm having my dd and grandkids over to celebrate. My dh loves corned beef, so I think he'll probably finish it up in sandwiches. Snow still on the ground, but I'm thinking we'll be into spring soon. Best of luck to anyone reading this. Chime in if you'd like. Judy |
Hi Turtles,
I let you know when things aren't going well, so here's something positive. I stayed within my Smart Points yesterday. It was a challenge because we had a typical St. Pat's supper here, but I compensated by having a tuna salad at lunch which I made with zero fat yogurt and mustard instead of lite mayo. Okay, that's enough about me. How are you doing???? :bravo:  :cheer: :goodscale: I am determined to have a good day today! Judy  |
Hi turtles
Judy - great job staying within your range, yesterday - that is great. Karen - how are you doing? I was down 3# at Tops Thus evening, so was thrilled with that. Now just to keep it off & keep going in the right direction. Got in a big walk this a.m. with the dog & just doing some house stuff (new dining set got put together & looks nice) Went grocery shopping and need to made something with chicken breasts for upcoming week as well as I bought ground beef, so maybe a chili (haven't made that in awhile). All - have a great weekend! |
Hi Turtles,
Gail, I don't think I have ever had a 3# weight loss in one week. Oh my goodness! WEigh to go and :bravo: and :goodscale: I am so happy for you and I know you can keep it off and keep on keepin' on. You rock!!! I made some brown rice to have on hand and tomorrow I'll make a chicken cutlet dish in a crockpot. Got a million things done today and it felt great. I am working hard on keeping my smart points (Karen, it's fine that you do any other kind of points) down and within the right range. It's good for me to keep track because if I go off a bit, I have the rest of the day to tweak foods and substitute lower point foods to make the day balance out. Hey, here's a low point breakfast. Cook 2T oatmeal in 4T water. Let it cool and add 1/2 banana and 1/2 cup berries or other fruit, some cinnamon, and about 1/2cup of ff Greek yogurt. The way I calculate this, it is a 2 Smart Point breakfast. The nice thing about it is that it holds me until lunch. Hope you try it and like it. Okay, that's it for now. Karen, chime in and say hello. I'm thinking of you. All former Turtles, if you're around, chime in because I'd love to know what you're up to. Judy |
Hi turtles
Judy - your oatmeal sounds really good. I ended up making a chicken/rice/broccoli casserole type thing but left the chicken breasts whole & put on top of everything else. Turned out good. Make spaghetti sauce with the ground beef (not chili) and had that with the fake noodles last night for my dinner. So lots of leftovers in the fridge. Out for dinner this evening with the ladies so have the make a good choice for that, maybe a nice salad with some shrimp - that would be pretty low in calories/points. Just have to be careful with the dressing. Also when I was looking through my recipes, I came across your veggie pie recipe that I love - so have pulled that out to make very soon. It is so good & easy and goes with any kind of meat. Also great for my lunches. It is nice and sunny up here, so liking that. All - have a good day. |
Hi Turtles,
Karen, whatever is going on..........chime in and say hello .............even if you've found another group you like. Had my WI this morning and I was down 1.2#. So, I have only 1 more pound to lose to be at my lowest weight in a long time. All good. I had an indulgence last week with corned beef and cabbage, but I didn't make a ton of food and therefore didn't have to worry about overdoing it with leftovers. I'm glad about that. Bandit, so funny..............I forgot all about that vegetable pie and it really is a lovely side dish or even a good little lunch. Thanks for the reminder. I've got a chicken stew in my crockpot and that will be easy tonight for dinner. So pleased I lost weight this week. Looking forward to losing another pound this upcoming week. my friend says to remember to stay determined because then we'll smile at the scale. I did think of that feeling and am glad I did my best this week. Never perfect, but still working on getting this excess weight off. Have a great day. Chat soon. Judy 234.6/184/170 and thinner  |
Hi turtles
Judy - great job on your weight loss this week! Very good. Keep it going - exciting to get down to your lowest. For my dinner out last night I ordered a small greek salad with skewer of grilled shrimp. It was not a lot of food. I counted it as 300 calories since dressing was vinegarette kind and only got 4 shrimps. Had enough calories for snack of 4 crackers with some cheese, since I needed that later. Kept within my range for the day with going out - so happy with that. Cold day up here today, but it get better. The sun is shining so that is a bonus. Karen - hope you are doing OK and get back here posting with us. |
Hi Turtles,
Bandit, you did great eating out and had enough calories to snack later at night. Very smart and much better than overindulging at the dinner out and having nothing to work with if you got hungry later on. WEigh to go. Lots of birthdays in my family lately. Had granddaughter's birthday party on Sat. Lots of fun with 14 4 and 5 year olds . so cute and noisy. lol. Food is good today. Looking forward to a nice dinner. Mostly relaxing today since I finished up a very busy week getting all sorts of things done. it felt good. Onward and downward, right? :goodscale: Judy Karen, chime in when you get a moment. |
Morning turtles
Judy - your party sounds like it was fun. Last night we had company over with another 2 small children, so 4 of them running around & 3 dogs - lots of activity, but all good. Having little ones around is really nice. I was down 1# last Thurs at my Tops - so was happy with that. Weekend wasn't too bad eating wise - had a few extras here & there but nothing major. Rainey day up here & looks like this week will be a dull one - but as long as it is not freezing rain, not complaining. All - have a great week. |
BAndit, you're on a roll. Good for you for losing another pound. Weigh to go! :goodscale:
Monday nights are usually tough for me and an eating challenge, but my friend is coming over tonight and we'll have tea and chat and the challenge of overeating will pass. Sending :goodvibes: to all the Turtles. Bandit, you're doing great. keep up the good work. Judy |
Happy Saturday, turtles
Judy - hope you made it through your Monday night get together with your friend. I was down 1# at my Thurs evening Tops weigh in, so was happy with that. Small amounts but in the right direction so all is good. I have really been trying to stay on track & it is paying off, plus getting in my walks which helps. Tonight, going dancing so should get in some extra steps on my fitbit with that. Judy - hope you have a good weekend & Karen - hope you are doing well and pop in when you can. Gail |
Hi Turtles,
We were out at Montauk, LI over the weekend. Ferocious weather and we were right on the ocean, so it was exciting. Did well with food and hope to lose weight this week. I didn't do anything like eat only lettuce and diet dressing, but I did watch out for any super extravagances and am quite happy. Haven't lost weight for 2 weeks now because of some emotional eating, but I work on it and hope it is under control now. Am keeping track of the water I drink and that is helping because I feel fuller than usual. Hoping things are going well with you. :goodvibes: and :goodscale: all around. Judy |
Morning turtles
Judy - hope you are down this week after the challenges you had - but glad you are back on track now & getting in your water which helps. I was down 1# last night at Tops and ended up being the Highest Loser for March which was surprising, so I get some $ towards next months dues which is nice. We are a small chapter so rewards are small but it means a lot to be recognized. My losses have been small but somewhat consistent and heading in the right direction. I feel any improvements we make whether with food journaling, getting in our water, doing some exercise, staying within our targets and taking care of ourselves with some down time all helps on this journey. A made a meatloaf this week so been having that for dinner/supper - so that was good for a change. Have a nice weekend. |
Bandit, so happy you were the best loser for the month at TOPS. You are consistently going in the right direction and I admire you.
I haven't been here lately because I got sick from food poisoning..............I was surprised at how sick I got and how long it has taken me to recover. looking back over the last three months I haven't done great, but I am handling things better and my binges are much fewer. Good luck to all of us. I love that I am 50# down, and now I look forward to knocking off the next 10#. :goodvibes: to us all and :goodscale: Judy |
Morning turtles
Judy - you have done so well to drop 50# - so good for you for focussing on the next 10. Always good for us to have a goal in sight. I have been staying on track and really paying attention to my portion sizes (back to weighing, measuring and counting EVERYTHING. So easy to have a bite of this & that and not count it - then end up with a gain & be surprised. So journaling everything that passes my lips & getting in my walks which is really helping me at the scales - although small losses, all adds up. Last night for my supper I made steak (which I bought at meat shop in package & they are 5 oz each which was 200 calories, all figured out) which was delicious & had big salad, red peppers and onions with it & was totally full. Later on I had an ice cream bar which was 100 calories and ended the night within my range for the day. I cooked an extra steak so will have again tonight. I love real food that is already portioned out & these steaks had no extra spices on them, which I also liked. Some of these things are so full of sodium which is not good, but these were great. Hoping to be down at the scale tomorrow. Good luck this week! Gail |
Hi Turtles,
Gail, I love the way you're really paying attention to this program. You are doing great and I hope the scale showed a nice loss. Went to LEGOLAND with the family. It was fun, but awfully crowded which is to be expected during spring break. I lost a pound this week and am very happy about that. Concentrating on eating better thru the day and also getting in water. I had gotten away from water for a while, so this is a good thing. Sending :goodvibes: to you, Bandit, and to any and all who come here. Chime in when you can. Gail, I feel we are both booking it this year and I feel we can reach goal. :bravo: :cheer: and  Happy holidays to all Judy Down 50#, holding onto that loss and trying hard to get the next 10# off. |
Morning, turtles
Hope you all had a great Easter and got to spend time with friends & family. I was down 2# last Thurs at my weigh in and was highest weekly loser again, so was very happy with that. Weekend was a challenge with all the extra goodies, but I did get in my walks which helps. Weekend was very busy but really nice as well. Nice to see the grandkids enjoy all the festivities. So back on track today & will have some turkey leftovers tonight for my dinner. Judy - congrats on your weight loss last week, keep up the good work. Gail |
Hi Turtles,
Gail, you are doing so well. WEigh to go! :bravo: :goodscale:  and :cheer: :carrot: You've got a winning streak going and I am so happy for you. Keep up the good work. Things here are fine. Easter was very pleasant. I planned to have a festive meal and a tiny dessert and it worked out well. As always, I had to watch the next day and now I am right back on track. We had two of our grandkids here and the little one still loves the idea of an Easter bunny, so it was all fun. Sending :goodvibes: to all who read here. Chime in when you can and give us some ideas to keep us going toward goal. Best wishes to all. Judy Itryharder  |
Good morning turtles
Judy - glad you had a nice Easter with your grandchildren & yes, it is so much fun having little ones around. I had to miss Tops last Thursday since my son-in-law had to work late & it was swimming lesson night, so I was needed to help with youngest grandchild at the pool & same thing might happen this Thurs since son-in-law is going on fishing trip & won't there again this week. So hopefully we can work something out since I don't like to miss 2 weeks in a row. I definitely overate this past weekend & should have walked more. Seems part of the problem is having too many leftovers on hand & thinking I have to eat through them. So need to stop buying things I don't need. I cleaned out my fridge yesterday & took some things upstairs for them to eat up & I think that will help keep me on track. All - chime in when you can & lets all have a great week! Gail |
