Hi! I am fairly new to the boards. I lost 22 lbs on WW but put most of it back on.

I floundered and tried a few other diets - Atkins, South Beach and Somersizing. I am convinced I need to lower my carbs but eating a lot of cream and beef just doesn't seem to do it for me.
So I am back in the saddle again. My husband says to stick with it (he's been great) - its worked before and I should stick with a proven method.
I am trying to convince a friend of mine to join Curves with me - seems to work very well from what other board members say.
