I start ww a few months back with a couple of friends and we only lasted 3 meetings the leader treated us like we were worthless and really embarrassed me. Anyways I want to get back on it at home but im really busy and dont even know where to start...again. I need to lose about 130 pds and I have carried it around for 10 years its time to clean house and get rid of it. Can anyone give me a start in the right direction .
