Ok somebody join me today on the DBD I felt a bit lonely yesterday

Yesterday's goals were accomplished!

Today

1. Exercise (DONE)

2. Water

3. Stay OP

4. Buy a house. J/K Although it would be nice!

Goals:

1) 30 Minutes Cardio & Abs (DONE)

2) 64 oz H2O (DONE - 80oz - Caf Free Diet Coke here I come!)

3) 1 Milk & Calcium Pill (DONE)

4) 4 F&V (DONE)

Here's mine for today:

1) Exercise--45 minutes of Yoga/Pilates at 6 a.m., 1 hour of walking at 11 a.m., 30 minutes of Contours Express at 4 p.m. (Very busy exercise day for me).

2) Eat what I've planned for myself for the day.

3) Drink my water.

4) Try to squeeze in all my fruits and veggies.

There's my goals for today. Going to post on the daily thread now... Have a great, goal accomplishing day!!
