Here's mine for today:
1) Exercise--45 minutes of Yoga/Pilates at 6 a.m., 1 hour of walking at 11 a.m., 30 minutes of Contours Express at 4 p.m. (Very busy exercise day for me).
2) Eat what I've planned for myself for the day.
3) Drink my water.
4) Try to squeeze in all my fruits and veggies.
There's my goals for today.
