Day By Day Thread

  • It's Thursday and although I've been doing badly, I'm going to make today a great day.

    My goal for the day is to:
    1) Eat what I'm going to journal here.

    Br--Grapes 1
    Sn--Pria Bar 2
    Lunch--WW Smart Ones Pizza 8
    Sn--Apple 1
    Dinner--LC Dinner Selections 7
    Sn--SmartPop 2

    Total for the day: 21

    Wish me luck, guys!! The first day is the hardest one to get through...

  • Hello --Goals for today

    1 -- EXCERCISE!!!!
    2 -- Do not eat after supper! I always manage to break out the popcorn even though I'm really not hungry.
  • The WW pizzas are OK. I like the Pepperoni and BBQ Style Chicken. I've always had them in the microwave so the crusts are really chewy, but I kind of like them that way. I've never tried them in the oven (who turns on the oven for a frozen meal??), I couldn't tell you how they are that way.
