DBD Day 4 (Thursday)
Good morning, how was everyone's Wednesday? Mine was pretty good--instead of making meal plans, I made a list of meal ideas that I can add to whenever I want and then I can just choose what I want off of the list. So, I feel that my goal yesterday was accomplished.
It's May 1, and I said that I would get back into doing WW today, so my goals for today are:
1) Eat OP all day (and journal)
2) Do the 3-mile WATP tape over lunch
3) Drink my water
Wish me luck guys, I'm probably going to need it!!
