DBD Day 4 (Thursday)
Good morning, how was everyone's Wednesday? Mine was pretty good--instead of making meal plans, I made a list of meal ideas that I can add to whenever I want and then I can just choose what I want off of the list. So, I feel that my goal yesterday was accomplished.
It's May 1, and I said that I would get back into doing WW today, so my goals for today are: 1) Eat OP all day (and journal) 2) Do the 3-mile WATP tape over lunch 3) Drink my water Wish me luck guys, I'm probably going to need it!! |
My goals for today:
1. Stay in my range 2. Lay off the lifesavers and hard candies |

I accomplished my goals for yesterday, spent a lot of time strength training last night. Hopefully things will get steamlined as I do it more, because it took me well over an hour. Today my goals are to: Stay within my eating plan Have a MAXIMUM of 5 beers tonight. If I have a team shot, have one less beer. (My kickball games start up again tonight, we always spend lots of time at the bar afterwards). Do a set of abs or weight training if I have time between getting home from work and going to kickball. Drink my water. |
Hi Challengers. I think I met my goal yesterday but I may have fallen short on the water. I had some yogurt after work and "forgot" to eat dinner so I was WAY under points (this is good because it is potluck night.
That said, Today's Goals: 1) drink at least 2 litres of water 2) limiting tonight's snacking to a reasonable amount (I will get a small bowl and a bit of everything and snack on it throughout the night instead of eating out of the big bowl all night) KT |
Had a great day yesterday! Went for a walk/run for an hour, and stayed way under my calories - just a salad w/chicken & a yogurt for supper. And I've stopped eating way late at night!
Same goal today: exercise, eat well. Oh, and we're having a food day at work tomorrow, so I need to bake too - I think i'm going to make a fruit pizza. That way I can try it without having to eat all of it - all of the people at work can eat it! |
