Maureen, good for you for journaling! I am back at it also at Sparkpeople. It really makes me realize how much is going in my mouth. I'm not following WW plan, just trying to use common sense. (Ha!)
Tina, sorry to hear that you are still sick.
I've been getting out and walking every day. Some days it has only been about 15 minutes, and other days it has been about an hour. I haven't lost anymore, and that is frustrating, but I know if I stick with it, it will come off. I would like to hit 10 pounds off by the time the kids get here mid-Feb., but I may have just jinxed myself. lol
