I wanna do the Canadian Challenge, too!

Hey, Jen, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? If not, do you have names picked out yet? I love hearing baby names. I already have a name for the little girl I'm SURE I'll have one day - Margaret Elizabeth, after mine and DH's grandmothers. But we'll call her Maggie.

KT, I'm in Virginia, too, but not real close to Northern Virginia. Lexxy is in Northern Virginia, though. I'm about 2 1/2 hours away, near Virginia Beach, so if you girls DO get together, maybe I could come too!

Man, it's 5:30 and I really, really want to go home. My second day in editorial. It's so boring. The only benefit has been that I can play on the Internet and there's no one to catch me! And I have written two editorials, so it's not like I haven't done any work. But I get to go back to the newsroom tomorrow ... hoo-ray!

Ooh, last night DH and I went out on a day! We went to this beautiful movie theater in Portsmouth, Va. It's an old theater that's been re-done and you can eat dinner there. We saw Chicago ... what a fantastic movie! Rene Zellweger should have won an Oscar. And Queen Latifah was SO MUCH BETTER than Catherine Zeta-Jones. But I also can't stand Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Have a great night, everyone!

KT,

Manassas and Fairfax are both nearby - probably about a half hour or so, although with the traffic around here, you never know how long it could take! If you haven't been out here at all, I recommend it since there's so much to see in DC. Manassas is about 45 mins outside of the city I'd say, so it's not too far!

Lexxy - I went out about 2 years ago and got to go to the smithsonian and we had dinner in Georgetown. My BIL was born in Maryland so he's proud of the area. We also went to mount vernon which I LOVED! BIL loved it so much he works there as a tour guide every now and then just for fun. Now I totally want to come out. We'll see how the bank account holds up.
Kim - Catherine Zeta-Jones is one of my all time favourites and yet I can understand why a person wouldn't like her but I love her because of the legend off Zorro with antonio bandaras - that was a fun movie! Sounds like you had a nice date!
