Weigh in tonight......showed a loss of 1.4 for total 90.2 and 2.8 to go..............crossing all my appendages LOLGood luck everyone with your weigh in.
Staying the same is great Tammy...especially since you are sick. I am hoping to stay the same during the xmas break....all that tempting food and ....( gasp) they shut down the pool...so no aquacise ( OH NO). I am praying for nice weather so I can walk walk walk.
I feel good about staying the same since 2 of the meds that I'm on mention being hungry and weight gain! I only have a few more days of taking them. Feeling MUCH better. I've actually walked a couple days this week. Not my usual, but better than nothing.
In fact, I am ready to leave for Curves in about 10 minutes. Going to give it a try. I know it won't be a regular workout, but it's worth a shot.
No one has posted yet this week.
I got on the scales this morning for a sneek peak. It didn't look too bad. So, hopefully tomorrow will show a loss after staying the same last week and the one before!
Way to go Gypsy!!!! You are off to a wonderful start
Tina, staying the same is good too!
As for my results, I weighed this morning the best I could, I think I'm up. I'm not sure how since I've hardly eaten anything in a week. Oh well, I'm not going to beat myself up over it until I can get back to a normal routine.
I can't beleive it but I lost 1.5 this week. I didn't go for a couple weeks (maybe three ) but I know I was UP so this was a very pleasant surprise. This puts me back to where I was before the Thanksgiving holiday, which is where I got off track big time this year. But I won't let that happen this Christmas holiday. I'll splurge but I'll be CAREFUL! Hope everyone else had good luck this week. Have a great week end!! ...Sis
Well our WW meeting was Monday due to the holidays and despite the short week....I lost the few last pounds I needed to hit my goal. IN total I've lost 93 lbs.So I start maintenance with Xmas. Ohh boy..here I come.
WoW!!!Kady/Karen, that is sooooo fantastic!!!!!!Congratulations on hitting your goal.
Maintenance won't be as difficult as some think. You will do great!
I am so proud of your accomplishment.
