Great going Elyn. I walk outside when the weather is nice, or put Leslie Sansone dvd in if the weather is too hot,or wet. Some go to Zumba class, I tried it but was tripping over my own feet. I always feel better, sleep better and have more impulse (re. cookies) control when I exercise.
Find whatever works for you.

Did not weigh in today, my daughter had softball-we won, and it was her birthday (13). It can wait till next week 4 girls staying the night and they are all in the pool right now. Keep you posted if I make it till morning.
