Good morning ladies! I have been slacking about coming over here to visit. I seriously need to change that. Coming here keeps me more accountable. Apparently, I need a LOT of accountability - hubby, mom, my kids - my daughter is like the weight loss police "no, mom, you can't have that.. you don't have enough points" "mom, remember? the beach?" "did you exercise yet today? Well, let's go for a walk anyway." LOL And she's only 11! Can you imagine what I'm going to have to deal with at 16?
Anyway, I'm way out of touch so I'll try to catch up.
Has anyone heard anything about Susan's dad? Where's Nikki gone to?
Tammy, our van does have stow & go. I like it but my daughter LOVES it! She is constantly folding the back seats in and then folding them out again. I don't think we have used the stow & go in the middle yet. She seems to have forgotten it was there. Since the middle seats recline, the kids are constantly fighting over who is going to sit in BACK. That has never happened before. I don't think they realize that the front passenger seat reclines as well.
Tina, I don't think I have posted this yet, but how is your back? Are you able to lift again yet? Don't overdo it!
Marion, I hope you are feeling better. There's an awful stomach bug going around here. I'm praying that none of us get it.
Dori, you can do this! I kinda fell off the wagon a little over the weekend but it wasn't too hard getting back on. I wish my husband was doing better with it. His problem is that he won't track what he is eating. He's making healthier choices and cutting down his portion size some, so that's a good thing I guess but he doesn't know how many points he is eating.
Jeanne, I can't wait until I can powerwalk again. Right now, I'm doing well to walk at a lesser pace. I know it will come but there are things I'm looking forward to that I didn't think I ever would... and powerwalking is one of them. LOL
Hi to everyone else!
Well ladies, now that I've had my two cups of coffee, worked out with Jillian (who is related to Satan, as far as I'm concerned... LOL), and had a ww blueberry muffin, I'm gonna rouse the daughter out of bed so she can get ready to go to the eye doctor & then on to school. Talk to y'all later! (Sooner this time than what I have been checking in.) Have a great day!

Reason: edited b/c apparently 3fc didn't like a word I used, oh well..
Thanks Marion (Mimi)--I'm sorry to be MIA right now.
It's soooooo crazy here, as anyone who recently moved will tell everyone.
We are still officially at the apartment. Although, the official move is in just a few days. We go back and forth taking things all the time.
I have been over there constantly with painters, repairmen and carpet installers.
My laptop is acting crazy and so I don't even take it with me.
Today, I've been working on income tax. Got to get that in.
We qualify for the home tax credit. HOWEVER, you have to include some records from the past 5 years of returns. I've been going crazy for the past hour as I tried to find all of the old papers. Finally I got them all in order.
Now, it's time for lunch. I'm going to use all of my 35 flex points and go to Wendy's.
Hi,
Just a quick note. I'm hanging in there. Daddy is now on comfort care. This means no more blood draws, dialysis, etc. Only keep him comfortable! They are taking really good care of him. They took out the feeding tube today because his stomach and intestines are shutting down. They gave him some medicine to make him more comfortable. As if yesterday, he stopped talking. The doctor doesn't think it will be long, less than a week. Mom is doing good. She is strong!!!
