What a day! Whew ... I feel like going out for an iced coffee & not coming back ...
I missed so much going on here today.
Another night of no mid night bingeing/eating. Well, @ 2 AM I did have a bowl of "healthy" cereal. That spin class makes you HUNGRY!
So, spinning was good & I also did some ab work before the class. Now I'm starting to feel it. What a good feeling "sore" is.
It's also TOM; hopefully by weigh in on Sunday it's raging effects won't be so harsh.
Bye Tonya - enjoy your walk & grilling. I love to grill ...
The snack box is a great idea. I try to keep individual "goodies" around (like teddy grahams - they're my favorite snack, oreo's etc). For red light foods, I just don't bring them into the house - I'd rather go out & enjoy them (like ice cream), instead of going overboard. But sometimes I have to (for the kiddo), and then I just keep them "out of sight, out of mind".
KT - Happy Birthday! Definitely post the wedding pix when you are recovered.
Jess - I want to get my tounge pierced. That *MIGHT* be a "goal gift" to myself. Are you ever too old to get something pierced? I've got 9 holes in my ears as it is, what's one more in my body?
Kier - Enjoy your time off! I'm jealous ... I'm in desperate need of a vaca. Alone. Has anyone ever watched "What About Bob?" w/ Bill Murray? The funniest movie ever (I think) ... "Take a vacation, Bob. A vacation away from your problems."
Hi Ali - You're pictures on the Photo Thread are inspirational!

And I love your signature line, too. I start classes soon too. Good luck!
Jen - Jeremy & I had a good story night the other night. I love reading to him, although he has the attention span of a flea.
I agree - don't pay any regard to your "soon to be gone" receptionists comments. You're better than that ... I'm sure your cohorts know what kind of an employee & person you are.
Gotta take the cat to the vet tomorrow AM.
And I'm going to have SUCH a headache getting my truck repaired. UGH. What a fiasco for someone who was innocently sitting at a red light abiding the laws & paying attention & at the cost of someone's STUPIDITY ... grrrr ... I try not to think about it because then I get chest pains. Truck goes to the repair shop to be taken apart (w/ ins co there to appraise) and determine what needs to be repaired & parts to order. So that's a day w/ out a car (or finding other means to GET TO WORK). Then when parts come in, truck goes in & I need to get a rental (out of pocket expense) and blah, blah, blah. Mind you this will all probably happen during my camping weekend I am sure, when I NEED TO DRIVE TO PA (with a rental???). UGH! I know you guys don't want to hear me ramble, but this is the EXCITING stuff in my life!
Hope I didn't miss anyone & that you all are having a good Wednesday!
Day 3 OP for me!
