That is great about getting all that walking in Donna! I'm sure you'll see another loss this week!

Like Tina said, good luck!!

Good for no gain Tina!
Jeanne, keep it up.

My at home weigh in yesterday was no gain, no loss. Supposed to weigh at the Y this morning. I have a headache and sinus ick going on. My knee is killing me from running on Wed. I'd rather just crawl back in bed.

Tammy, good for no gain! I think you should crawl back into bed. Do not keep aggravating that knee. It will take longer to heal.

Tina, I went to the Y, but I did not overdo it at all.

Nikki, 3 pounds is awesome! No, we are definitely not going to have the Biggest Loser losses, that's for sure. I can understand wanting it to be off NOW because that's the way I am. It is taking me forever to lose what I want, but I just keep working at it. You are young, so get it off now when it is easier. don't wait like I did.

NIkki, Congratulations on that great loss!!!
2 lb. a week is the realistic goal loss. It is not healthy to lose say 15 pounds in one week. It just isn't!
Yes, it will get easier. And, you will get used to the healthier eating of WW.
I'm like Tammy in that it takes us longer to get our metabolism going to get the pounds off.
I've been taking off and putting back on the same pounds for ever.....until now and I'm finally get rid of them.

Nik: thats a great loss, and no biggest loser isn't realistic for anyone in the real world. They are exercising up to 8 hours every day with the added incentive of winning money we live in the real world.
I will be 60 in 3 years, if I keep eating right and trying hard to keep in points, and exercising I WILL be smaller.
I will be 60 in 3 years, if I eat indulgently and stop exercising I WILL be bigger that is if I actually make it to 60.
Which sounds better to you? time passes the same whether we try or not, and it Is easier when you are younger. 2 pounds a week is a great goal!!
Congratulations to all of us Losers!

Nikki, I do think it gets easier. I always seem to have setbacks, but then I wake up one day and I'm back on target. We both live in Ohio, just come on over and you can go to class with me at the Y. lol

Jeanne, 15 pounds is great!

Marion, I like the way you put 2 different ways you could be in 3 years. That's a great way to look at it. I turn 55 the week before Tim's wedding in May, and even if I haven't lost the weight that I wanted to lose, I know that I am smaller than I was. The exercising has really helped keep me on target.

I realized this morning that I didn't post my Y weigh in from Friday. I think this sinus yuck is getting to my brain. I lost a pound, so I moved my butterfly a notch. Hoping to get to that 20 by May 15, Tim's wedding. I may have to have the dress altered if I do, but that's ok!!
