Just doing a quick check-in. Aren't we a group of lovely looking ladies from our photo threads
I noticed someone (forget who, blame the sun I got yesterday at the outdoors Tragically Hip concert I was at) mentioned that their roomate who's a size 14 gets all the guys attention when she goes out, I think a lot of what makes us attractive is our inner confidence. I remembered getting hit on at University being a size 20 and going out getting dressed up and feeling wonderful about myself. I started to get noticed while I was losing weight because I was so confident about all I was accomplishing etc... I still get noticed (which is nice, the concert was full of eye candy yesterday yeeehaw
).
It's weird though, I was showing one of my co-workers my "big girl" pics and she was like "boy you were really cute", I never thought of myself as being pretty when I was overweight, but looking at some of the better pics, I definately wasn't ugly, in fact I was pretty in some of them.... why didn't I see that back then, not that I want to go back or anything, but oh well.
