I am new to this site. I would like to start a weight loss program. I did successfully lose 17 pounds on WW two years ago, but have since gained 23!!!!
Here is a little bit about me:
I am 28 years old.
I am a newlywed...almost a year!
I have Hashimotos thyroiditis
I am presently at my heaviest weight EVER....156
I am very discouraged about losing weight due to my Hashimotos, and therefore fatigue etc...
I have been in some denial about my fatness, until a recent clothes shopping trip. Although I still need to come to terms with it.
I would love to keep a journal...is there a spot for traking my weight loss?
Tomorrow morning I will weigh and measure myself. VERY DEPRESSING thought!!
My goal weight is at least 130.
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!
