i'm just eating better using the weight watchers guidelines... sticking to my points and i started a good work out routine... plus it's my first month and i have alot of weight to lose... they say that the more weight u have to lose the faster it comes off... i'm sure it will eventually slow down... but for now i'm enjoying it... lol... i see you lost 9lbs so far which is great... keep up the good work... u can do it
Tammy- i stayed the same this week too! but i'm not upset about it because i had a hard week... but hopefully next week will be better... for all of us... but keep up the good work!
