I had a busy weekend having a garage sale and just thought I would get on line and check out the board. I am off today and will be heading out to the gym for a workout. I weigh in on Wednesday and I am hoping for at least a three pound loss this week. I am tired of staying at the same weight. I hope everyone has a good day.

Hi Texasrose. Where are you in Texas? I live in the metroplex. I go to the gym religiously too. Good luck on your weigh in on Wednesday. I don't know how old you are, but we would love to have you visit our board----the feisty and sexy 50's & 60's. We have one younger woman too. She sure is neat and we enjoy her.
