We also had snow this morning, but I need to remember that bathing suit season is quickly approaching!
So....
1.) I want to lose 10 pounds by May 1st. I have been hovering a bit over goal, and my goal is still higher than what I want to weigh.... so I just made plans to go to a ww meeting this Saturday morning!! I am a bad lifetime member and never go to meetings, so maybe this will prove to be the motivation that I need!
2.) .... which means I need to start journaling again because the BLT's sure add up!
3.) I want to stop drinking so much. If I could cut back just a bit, I bet I would be amazed at how much of a difference it makes.
4.) Finally, I want to continue to exercise at least 3-4 times a week. I KNOW this will get easier as the weather gets nicer and I can run outside again, but I also want to incorporate different types of activity into my plan, such as riding my bike.
Plus, I just bought my plane ticket to Italy in June, so I want to get this weight off before I go!
