Dori, it's great that you're feeling so good. I honestly don't see how they use those staples. I'm just glad I don't have to remove them.
Have a blast in Mexico. Just remember, don't drink the water.

How is everyone else doing today?

Dori - So glad you are feeling well. It's nice that you get to join your family at Mexico Beach! Have fun!

Susan - Bobbie is a cute name. Can't wait to see his picture!

Tammy - Hi! I'm sorry Bob was feeling so bad and wasn't able to go to the wedding with you! See what progress you have made............You bought a dress just "months" ago...........and look at you girl..........it's already tooooo big! When you talk about your classes and the machines, um, what classes and what machines? I must have missed something somewhere!!!!

Tina - Hey there! Good job staying OP! I was staying OP and then today I got into the chocolate at work! I had entirely toooo much! I was hoping to see a loss at WI on Thursday! We'll see!

Well, you guys have a great day and drink some water and shake them booty's!

Hi,
Guess what..... I'm sick!!!! You know last Friday I said "I have allergies" Well, it went on to an infection in my chest. I called my dr and she called in some antibiotics for me so hopefully I'll start feeling better.

Here is a link to see pictures of Bobbie.....

Dori, I have to agree with Tina about the staples. lol

Jeanne, I'm taking an aerobics class 3 mornings a week. We use weights, do steps, some kick boxing, and some other things. I also do a water aerobics class 3 mornings a week. The machine I was talking about measures body fat. When I had my body fat tested last Friday, it was exactly the same as it was in April before I started all of the exercising. Since I found out that most of the people's tested the same or even went up, I do feel better that there is something wrong with the machine at the Y. I know I have had to have lost some fat since I haven't lost any weight and things fit so much better (or too big). By the way, I love the new picture, and it really makes me ready to head for Georgia for 3 months this winter (as long as Bob can make it).

Susan, sorry to hear that you are ill!!!!! No fun!!! Teachers should NEVER get sick during the summer!!! I'm off to check the pictures as soon as I finish the note.

Bob's BP is low again since the doctor increased the meds. I'm calling the doctor tomorrow IF I can get through to the right person. It is awful. I do have emails in to a couple of my cousins who are nurses to get their advice. Both deal with heart patients, so they know alot about that stuff.

I went to the doctor today and voiced my concerns about not losing anything since I started all of the exercising and calorie counting in April. He told me to stick with it because sometimes when you start exercising like this and haven't been, you are building muscles and things are changing with your body. I do know that!! AND he told me not to even think about lowering my calories below 1600. he said for my size, age, and the activity that I am getting in, that is plenty low enough and I will start seeing changes on the scales if I stick with it. He is having me get some bloodwork done next week, and he is checking my thyroid. This was my first time at this doctor, and I really liked him. I have been to his office with my husband several times, and he did mention that he could tell that I have been exercising!!

Hi,
Susan, I'm so sorry you're sick. I guess you were just exhausted from school. Your kitty is darling!

Tammy, i'm glad you like the new doctor. But, it's so hard to wait like he said. How is Bob?

Larry went to a family medicine dr. today. She said it was probably a one-time thing. He had a lot of blood work done. We hope to get the results tomorrow. He goes to a neurologist in the morning.
I'll let y'all know what they all say.
