So today at WW I was down 0.8. My ticker here is my weight on my scale in the morning with no clothes on

By that scale, I was down 0.6. TOM was this week, plus I had a glass of wine 4-5 nights the past week! I usually lose at least a pound a week. I'm wondering if the combo of TOM and the wine did it. I was COMPLETELY on plan, so who knows?

I'm happy I'm down at all!
