Thanks gals! Jen I weighed around 220 in my before pics. My right arm is a naval/sea montage that was inspired by my work for the Navy. I'm a civilian employee. Plus I love traditional tattoos, and those are mostly naval tatoos. The other arm is a Japanese garden. I love Japanese culture, so that was my inspiration

So today at WW I was down 0.8. My ticker here is my weight on my scale in the morning with no clothes on By that scale, I was down 0.6. TOM was this week, plus I had a glass of wine 4-5 nights the past week! I usually lose at least a pound a week. I'm wondering if the combo of TOM and the wine did it. I was COMPLETELY on plan, so who knows? I'm happy I'm down at all!

Been OP all week and I know that the scale "was" moving.....(a smig'en anyways) BUT THEN TODAY..............I had 1 piece of pizza (extra cheese & pepperoni), 4 chicken wings and a salad! All of which where OP for today.......but I still feel quilty because I was really wanting a good loss this Monday! Not toooooo mention that meal consumed all of my Points for today so now I have been hungry all afternoon. I have had some grapes and other 0 - 1 snacks & drinks..........but it just isn't cutting it!!! Sorry to sound so blah!
