Hang in there both of you, tonight we had our Christmas party... So I blew my points for today. I didn't drink any alcohol so that helped I hope! I was a great night, but it's hard to control yourself when there is so much good food!

Sorry just kidding... I'm having a really hard time getting in all my water. I'm trying to do little tricks to get in my water, every time the phone rings at work, take a sip of water... or every second bite of food, take a sip of water... Here's hoping it works!

Well I'm shocked! I was not very good with journaling this week, we went to McDonalds once, and had our christmas party and I still managed to loose 2.4
I have been so terribly sick this week, maybe that has something to do with it!

Three weeks and down a total of 5.8 lbs! I couldn't stay for today's meeting, I only weighed in and had to go, so hopefully next week I can get my first 5lb star!
I'm up a couple, but I'm not going to let it worry me. I haven't been as faithful as I should so I know it is my own fault. My goal is to not go hogwild this month. Students always bring in goodies which I always try to share with relatives and neighbors. Some of the stuff I just can't share though!!!!!
In the past 2 weeks...er past 2 sundays anyways...I have dropped a whooping 4 pounds! Its a start anyways... and my goal is to continue to loose until my vacation in Jan...so I have about a month left to loose some more. So wish me luck!
