Ok, so here is my idea...
Starting officially January 1 (b/c I still am doing Christmas Parties LOL)
Pick some goals...simple ones (drink X amount of water, exercise X number of times, check in X number of times a week, track daily ect)
For each day you meet that goal award yourself 1 point
Check in by Sunday night with your point total (or daily if you'd like) and Monday I'll post the points on a new thread
Then at the end of the month we'll tally our points and start a new challenge trying to beat the score from the previous month.
I think creating daily/weekly goals keeps the target small enough we can hit it and carrying the challenge from month to month will keep us focused. We're not competeing against each other but instead ourselves!
