Whole foods menu for Monday 11/6
B-OJ, oatmeal w/ soymilk, walnuts & blueberries; coffee w/ skim
S-banana, yogurt
L-thin crust veggie (lots) & chicken pizza, apple, dk choc
S-cauliflower, kashi bar
D-leftovers: selection of beef steak, pork chop, squash, rice, green beans, and whatever else I can find
I'm also making some whole wheat pizza crust this evening as an experiment. Hoping I can get away from some more of the white crust that we use a lot for various recipies.
