Default Whole Foods menu for Tuesday, 10/10

Planning ahead ...

B: bran flakes with skim milk and banana
S: Babybel light cheese and Kashi TLC crackers; carrot sticks
L: tuna, FF cottage cheese, peaches
S: popcorn
D: probably a big salad and the spaghetti we didn't have tonight

I'm going to try my best to have coffee with SF french vanilla creamer instead of a coke on the way to work.

Also need to up the water consumption in a BIG way. I didn't get it all in today.

Okay, here we go... more or less whole...

br:
shredded wheat and bran cereal
milk
honey
1/2 banana
coffee
half and half

snack:
ff cottage cheese and a T of elderberry jelly (new obsession)

Lunch:
wasa crackers
hummus
carrot and celery sticks
orange

snack:
kashi bar

late snack:
apple
peanut butter

late dinner:
omelette--
2 eggs
1/2 T olive oil
cheddar cheese
T of jelly in omelette
big bowl of greens, tarragon lf/low sugar dressing

I'm glad there are other people in the world who plan what they're going to eat... I don't dare tell anyone I have my day planned the night before (or sometimes days before)--they look at me like I'm off my rocker.

The plan as of right now, but this evening may get hairy.
B-1/2 grapefruit, oatmeal w/honey, walnuts, raisins
S-apple w/ 2tsp peanut butter
L-salad w/as many veg as I can find, feta, olives
S-blueberries
D-chicken breast, green beans, broccoli
S-tea and dark chocolate

Huge revision:

B: sat in the car for 1-1/2 hours driving (actually, rolling) to work so I ate my lunch, which was a LO chicken quesadilla that my DD didn't eat the other day instead of the tuna and cottage cheese that was originally planned
L: looks like I'll be having bran flakes and a banana, huh?
D: sticking with the salad and spaghetti unless another GRRR moment happens on the way home

Breakfast is actual, lunch plan is pretty solid, snacks and dinner are still uncertain:

B-special K with fiber one, almonds, soymilk, OJ, coffee w/ skim
S-banana, Kashi bar
L-leftover steak, bruschetta, pear, dk chocolate
S-carrots, cauliflower and red pepper hummus
S-yogurt
D-4 cheese ravioli with marinara, salad

Yesterday, I pretty much ate what I said I was going to eat, except I also had an ice cream bar at work. Sometimes I wish my co-workers weren't so thoughtful.

Gotta love those co-workers! We have not had any food brought in for 2 days now - must be a record. Like the rest of you, breakfast is a done deal, lunch and snacks pretty much set, dinner, probably. Yesterday I ended up eating spaghetti for dinner instead of left overs, but it was ww pasta and lean ground beef in a low cal jarred sauce.

B:
scrambled eggs (w/o fat), tomatoes, ww toast with pb,

S:
lf cottage cheese with peaches

L:
Subway - one of their low fat varieties on ww

S:
apple, babybel cheese

D:
Leftover stuffed peppers I didn't eat last night, revitalized with the rest of the spaghetti sauce I did eat last night
Salad
