I use coconut oil for regular cooking, and olive oil usually as more of a finisher (like chopped tomatoes tossed with olive oil, or massaged raw kale).

I use raw cold pressed coconut oil and olive oil. I also use butter but I don't think it is a good. Better than margarine by far though.

I'm coco for coconut Go for coconut oil. IT'S MIRACULOUS. I use it for everything—skin, hair, food, etc. Like I said: I'm coco for it.
