Default Where to start diet?

I have been doing high protein low carb...I would like to switch to more of a whole foods diet...can you guys give me some directions on where to start. Maybe some meals for Bfast, lunch, and dinner.

What do you currently eat for your meals? You can probably change your regular diet into a whole foods diet pretty easily. The crux is making your foods at home instead of buying them - that lends itself to being whole foods almost immediately
