I read an article in a magazine that talked about writing a mantra, so I did. Here is what I came up with:
I am healthy, proud and focused.
I am in control of myself, including my eating habits and my emotions.
I will remember how I felt in the past, how I feel today and how I will feel when I reach my goal.
And if I falter, I vow to figure out what happened, learn from it and move ahead.
Because I WILL SUCCEED!

These are great!! I have a HUGE file of quotes that I look at often, but I post my favorites at work in front of me and at home on the fridge and inside of the cabinets. Here are a few I love:

"There are only two choices; make progress or make excuses."
"You are what you repeatedly do. Excellence is not an event - it is a habit."
"Keep your mind off what you DON'T want."
"You never find yourself until you face the truth."

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.

Write it if you bite it.

If not now, when?

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

In three months, you'll wish you had started today.

If what you're feeling isn't hunger, don't use food to fix it.

I just read one on 3FC. I can't remember who wrote it. (sorry)

Eat for the body you want, not for the body you have.

That really hit home for me today. Hope it does for someone else.....Sis

My favorite is;

Nothing in the world tastes as good as being healthy and fit feels.
I changed it up a bit.
