Default Question for Kelly S

Were you the one who said when your weight dropped into a new range, you didn't automatically lower your points until you noticed your losses slowing down? I was looking for the post but can't find it!

I was one of them but many people don't drop until they stall when they are supposed.

I did it on a recommendation from my leader and actually I never dropped below 24 TPs during my weight loss and still lost even using my FPs and APs when I was at 149.

Thanks for refreshing my memory on what you did.....I've never really used many flex points, and I've never used an activity point as I always have had plenty to eat on my 26 points. However, after reading many of your posts about these points effecting how many points you will have when it comes time for maintenance, I got a little nervous! Right now I'm at 200.8, so chances are on Saturday I should technically drop down to 24 points. I think from now on, I won't lower my points until I stall, and that'll give me a little cushion later when maintenance rolls around!
