Talking I'm new here! 1 week into the program.

any words of wisdom from those of you who have been around a while? I took off 65 pounds last year on WW, went off track and have put all back on. Trying not to beat myself up over it, just moving forward. I did lose 7.2 the first week (actually there were 10 days between weigh ins) so I'm feeling encouraged. Look forward to getting to know you all.

Hello!
I am new to this also. Well actually I have been lurking a bit but as the great talker I am, being quiet is not my strong point. I have been on WW since April and lost 40 pounds. This is the first time I have done WW and I am embarassed to say that I found it really easy. Not that the weight is comming off quickly but it is comming off and at a rate that I don't go a day without someone complimenting me. ( I live in a small town so EVERYONE has noticed, talk about pressure) So my tricks are:
Buy everything fat free or at least reduced fat

Eat soup as much as possible

Get rid of all outgrown clothes as soon as they get loose and buy in the smaller size. I find it hard to cheat when my pants are tight.

Have more sex(self-explanatory)

Please tell me your tricks because 65 pounds is an accomplishment and you must have a few doosies!
